hi brm community some days ago i joined the new affilty partner youwin and got the 10 euro bonus now i made some money and want to cash it out but i cant log in on their website just on the pokerclient but to withdrawl money you have to be logg on their webside those any one have the same problem?

Thanks for the feedback, and we apologise for the issues you have all had logging in. I know how frustrating that is.
We've made a change to the login on the website (not poker client) that will allow you to use either your youwin.com username or poker table name (nickname).
I hope this helps make it a little easier for everyone and prohibits the problem from occurring again.
