The other day i was playing in a NL50 table 6player ring game with a medium stack about 60BB, and i was in late position. And it gets folded to me, i raise to 2,5$ and get called by both small and bigblind, Flop : 3 K Q, so i know im in pretty good shape here, both blinds check to me and i bet alittle more than 3/4 of the pot, around 5,5 dollars, and get called by the BB, I was praying for him to be holding the K¨s, then came the turn, another K fell, so he then checks again and i know bet 10 dollars leaving me with just with about 13 dollars, and he then calls me again, making me think he has the 10 or a set of threes. The river comes and brings another K. So he know goes allin, making me go allin too(he had me cover) , and i called thinking i had the best hand, and was proved wrong right away. Shows AK(OS),so he picked up his King Quads what are the odds.. pretty dim for him i think, most of my friends were telling me that i should have pushed alot more on the preflop but i think the BB was just prettyl lucky, and i think i played the hand perfectly. What do you think? what would have you done in my situation¿

pre flop raise is good, played well far as I can tell.. You're probably commited on the river, it's pretty hard to get away then, although I'd disagree with your line "thinking I had the best hand" at this point, i'd be muttering bad words, knowing I just got fkd, but calling anyway..
Dunno what the odds are, sure you could google it. The odds of hitting the 4th king on the river (after three already) are around 44:1 I suppose. So not all that out there.
Really UL mate, but I dont now that you could have played it much differently (ie, i think the results were always gonna be you getting stacked).
I think QQ is a very strong hand, but now if see A or K on the board (in this situation KK or AA) i fold when somebody make a big raise pr go all in, the most of the time he has a K or A or a PP. If u raise preflop, and somebody call ur bet or raise he probaly has a K or A in his/her hand, so if I he/she get his card from the flop the is thing what u can do is fold. I think.

You played allright. 5BB preflop should be enough in an unraised pot, unless the table is really call happy. But QQ vs AK on that flop will bring fireworks.
QQ shoud be played aggressive pre flop, specialy on a 6 persons table. u need 2 make sure people that have cards like A/9 or K/10 should fold, for emaple blind 10/20 u should raise some where near 100 5xBB ofc with KK or AA u should bet 60 because then ur higher QQ are not strong pre flop vs aces or kings or even an A or a K. so i think ur friends are right u should play QQ aggresive

good rise 5 - 6 bb pre flop and flop must come if someone call and after that u can easy play in your way or fold or all in but 5-6 bb needed pre flop comin

Everything looks good the only thing is maybe you could fold the river and save your last 13 bucks. He could easily have AA or like u found out a K. If you think about it you can only beat a bluff on the river and at this point you are calling hoping for a tie. The only problem I have is with you saying you thought you had the best hand on the river and so that is why you called. What hands did you think you were beating?
As for me you played well but you slammed you face against a bad beat Maybe, only because you were playing on a low limit table, you should have folded after river. But to be honest I would have played exactly as you did
Maybe You could have scared him out with allin after the turn. But I dont know if it would have been possible to get that other guy to fold. Set of Kings with Ace Kicker ??? Hard Lay Down. I guess You just got very unlucky in that hand. But if You keep playaing the hand like that You can recover that loss cause You get paid more often than people who play QQ super aggressive.

Not too bad but I would question betting 10 into 18 on the turn. Considering you bet quite high on the flop, which I think was right considering the draw possibilities, you then made a weaker bet on the turn easily called by many hands.
you admit yourself that your committed after that turn bet so I would just go straight to it and go all in. bet 23 with a pot of 18 is not unrealistic. I would only bet smaller if there was no danger whatsoever. That king is not such a good card even on the turn cos your opponent could have K3 being that he called last preflop with a bb already in. He could also hit a full house on the river so I would make it easier for myself and just go all-in.
saying that, he would most likely call with trips and you would have lost. just unlucky.

MIght have folded the river but hard to say, not much more you can do on the turn, an overbet would have polarised your range but like said above hard to get him to fold when he hits his third K. Pretty shitty situation to be in dude . Guess in retrospect the move may have been all in or overbet the flop. Difficult situation well dealt with is my overall feeling

Even if you went all in he would have probably called you with top pair not knowing he was beat. I have donks call all the time when they are beat with my trip, just to have them suck out with runner runner. Even with out the last K he could have had you with K and a mach on the other card would have gave him a higher boat. If he had no mathing other then he needed the quads. Sucks when that happens.
What do you think? what would have you done in my situation¿ I would change poker room Seriously, talking after reading hand, you had to push more after flop, going all in and taking a good pot. But with an hand like this one ( full house on turn ) I would have tried to maximize chips, like you didi
