Not going to get to play much over weekend .. daughter sick and wife has to go out all day to day and tomorrow .... so probably wont be playing till monday

Having problems with my phone line and broad band connection ... eg someone phones in ... i loose my internet connection ..... Being told the splitter box might be malfunctioning so have to change that .... luckily have a spare and will do this tomorrow and see those this sort out the problem ... so only played one game to day as keep getting disconnected .... will report back to morrow

tried the new splitter didnt work ..... on to the broad band supplier so they going to look into it but going to take them two to three days to get on to it .... can play poker as long as no phone calls coming in or going out but this is not a good when playing with other peoples money
so will be having a talk with the lads on my staking site regarding this ... either putting off playing bap till sorted or calling a end to it depending what all backers feel is for the best ....

This is what happened last night played one game lost no disconnections .... then wife gets home she makes phone calls and a lot of phone calls coming in ... i played nobel freeroll and got disconnected about 10 times during this game ( plus side still managed to win )
dont mind playing my money and getting disconnected but not comfortable playing with other peoples money .... be sick if got close to the money and a phone call comes in and i loose as im disconnected.
Any way dozn01 let me know what you think and ill talk to the other backers
well really this spoils you game play and chances of winning............ how long are you disconnected for? how many hands?............
to be really honest its not worth playing, unless you unplug the phone while you play and just keep the internet on for 1 game, cause say your on the bubble with a good hand to double up, then your girlfriend bit on side rings you...(only joking) you get a phone call and your disconnected........
carnt really play your game......

also my internet provider BT internet has been playing up as well, i was offline for 2 hours last night,

disconnected for as long as the person is on the phone ... they hang up broadband back up ... so if phone call short not too bad ... lets not talk about women and phone calls though as local and national calls are free over here on out phone and internet package ..... some calls can last a hour. As for unplugging the phone he he he he think the wife would shoot me. Any way will talk to others and report back .

OK iv a few tricks that might work, first remove the phone line that is sharing in your filter, go on line and phone yourself...see if it disconnect or not.(if not u need a new filter) 2nd unplug all phones and repeat (if disconnection its a line fault, phone your ISP) 3rd its a fault with your exchange...sit and wait for the man to sort it
BTW have you a new phone? its possable they are using the same frequancy, and the phone is winning..

Ok going to postpone for a few days till engineer sorts problem out as this is what all the other backers want ..... so dozn01 if you ok with this let me know ... if not i can refund you your money ... This again is no problem as its your money and you might have things to do with it .
Am still playing poker ...... dont mind taking a risk with my own money .... but until sorted out Bap games are on hold ....

seems to me that you made the most honnest and correct choice , you are indeed playing with staked money and you take your responsibility for it , that you keep on playing with your money is a good decision for the stakers and i don't believe they will ask their money back

still waiting on engineer .... but as most calls are in the evening im going to run a few games today and over the weekend ..... probably wont play any after six o clock ... see how we go ... had a few disconnects last night so problem still not sorted .... expect to kick off around 1:00
