Hi,something strange happens,before when I do request for Nuts poker gift offer it was approved and on my Moneybookers account for 3 days,but now for Winnerpoker gift offer I wait 10 days and status is still "processing" and info from BRM is that they need 2-4 days,what is going on,does anybody else wait for Winnerpoker gift offer?

Seems program at BRM. Since weeks im in fight with the support, because of the gift offer for winnerpoker. I earned 10x the required points and nothing. Everything done like it should be! When i hear now your story for the cash-out, it's becoming clear for me! They take the money for being the affiliate, through that we signed up, but give nothing. BRM sucks!

can't understand this complaining....brm even paid us the nuts gift offer and we all know that nuts poker didn't paid brm...I'm sure that WinnerPoker still didn't confirmed the details of your status or whatever...
and why don't you write an e-mail to the support instead of makin it public...what an waste of space

Cause i was sending them already a few emails, last one i even added the screenshot of my account. We will see tomorrow, what will be the result, but i'm not optimistic, because until now the answers of the support were a joke. It's the first gift offer i requested and like i see, i'm not the only one, that has problems and things like this must be made public. Every user has the right to now these things. I would have not signed up through BRM, if i would have known for the problems!
