sometimes a bankroll can go down in no time at the tables , even if you play tight and concentraded you can be beaten by the most unexpectable hands .but it's all part of the game and how frustratend it sometimes is you need to accept it and letting it go .

Sometimes I really play awful and cause of that I lost almost 100$ from all the bonuses I got from each site. Can anybody persuade me that I can be good in poker? I don't know what my problem is...anyone felt this way to? like you are giving your best and always lose somehow...help?
One of the things to be learned in poker is to have a loss limit, with 50 of bankroll you should have to retire when you were losing 10, rest to return to play when you are calm

Posted by IslandJack: In Poker, of course. $50, but to me that's a lot to lose.
And I don't mean just playing one tourney, or a big cash table.
I mean playing lots of stuff: SnG's Rush Cash A Tourney (real short)
And I did it all in the last 3 hours! Lost EVERY hand, almost. Really.
AA, KK, QQ, Straights, Flushes, Full Houses. The only thing I didn't lose with today is Quads....because I didn't GET any!
Ok. My advice.... Stay AWAY from Rush!
It lulls you into thinking you can win at it, like the last few nights, and then....
BAM!!! It blows you out of the water. I went on Tilt for the 1st time EVER, and kept buying chips. Can't believe it. So I tried to play some SnG's to rebuild my bankroll, and Voil! The rest happened... That's how you lose cash fast.
Anyway, now I know why cash games are dangerous, first-hand.
And I think this rant got it out of my sytem. Thanks for "listening".....
you wont lose that much if you will only play......... freerolls... lol

Sorry for the guys complaining about Rush-Poker, but don't forget: the more hands you play in the hour, the more $ you will pay for making mistakes. Also it's logical, that when playing Rush-Poker with 200-300hands per hour, you will experience more bad beats and coolers than when you play 1 or 2 tables regular. Most important is the mind-set for playing poker!
Rush Poker is exactly what it implies......rushes to destroy your bankroll. Going broke a couple of times when learning poker is not a bad thing, but stay away from high variance games until your bankroll is built up

50 bucks its a normal rush of the day, you can win and you can loose them very fast. If your playing rush poker its even easier to loose them. You should kake a pact when you play poker, if things runing bad and you loser more than an X of money (20 bucks per exemple) you should stop and play later or in the next day.
I know sometimes its hard because of the tilt control, but tilt control is in part what makes somebody good player or bad player.
I can feel this pain i'm playing on the everleaf network to clear a no deposit and lost 3 Buy-Ins@NL 10 FR (so embarrassing to lose there but pocket rockets got cracked 2times lol) then i went to a shorthanded table and played really aggressive(like i wanted to lose the rest of my hard earned winnings lol) and managed to win 2,5 Buy-Ins back but it still hurts
