From what I remember, if we have the same NDB, you can cash out anytime. BUT you will lose the part of the bonus you have not yet cleared in the process. That is, your winnings you can have now. If you wan't to keep the NDB you have to make like 200 points for ten bucks.
Although, when you have made the 200 points, you will get another 20, that you will lose if you withdraw. So now you will have to make 400 points if you wan't to keep them. And so on.
Quite an interesting system. It's like any deposit bonus, but you get the money upfront. And there's no time limit, which I like, having signed up for so many sites. I play a SNG every now and then, or some CG, and progress slowly but steadily.
