I've now read about half the thread running on the staking issue (it's HUGE, and I'm sorry, but I'll have it all read soon), and I have some thoughts:
I'm a Belgian, I like people in general, don't make a big issue out of most things, and try to find some happiness in life. I think that's a typical trate of Belgians, we get along with everyone, don't try to "outdo" anyone, and respect everyones choices. BUT, we also like to believe in the "goodness" of people. We really do.
Whether you have issues with the "logic" behind the staking issue, the "trust" that mrnugger places in people that he doesn't even know, or the "financial" sense of the issue....it doesn't really matter...

well , congratz ... would you like me to feel sorry for you now with telling the story about your credit cards and the money of your wife ... hopefully not , you did not show one single screenshot or some prove of your game ... did not even try to contact me at pokerstars ... i feel betrade at this moment but that's ok ... this feeling will disapear in short time ... the only sad story is that you have screwed up not only for me and for yourself but for a lot of other mobsters because i will not stake someone again here at BRM and giving people a possibility to play with a reasonable bankroll .Am i upset ... not at all ... disapointed yes ... a lot ... but i blame myself because other mobsers have warned me and i thankfull they did . As about not using forum and not playing poker for some time... lol ... this is your decision and at this point i really don't care ... Only one final thing ... if i would messing things up like you did with playing drunk and so ... i would at least refund the money or asking to refund the money because i have my pride and honour but seems to me that you even have lost that also ...
THAT makes sense! To me at least. I liked arsene, even had some chats on the PP freeroll. But he needs to do the right thing. Not for us, but for himself.
You place trust, help people out if they want and accept it, and keep hoping... Hoping that you will find the good people, nice people, the people who respect themselves and others. Maybe help some to feel better about themselves when they do the "right" thing.
Sounds corny?...maybe.... Sounds like a nice way to go through life? It does to me.
So to all the posts and comments... Fun to read. Full of issues. Full of emotions. A great post about people and their views on life, trust and others in general.
It's one of the best posts I've seen on the forum. I like it mrnugger. Keep it up!

island jack was that you who place high in mini uboc on ub?? the person who did had your picture as there avatar if you did well done if not better luck next time as for the stakes just make sure you know who your staking and make sure you have some agreed terms personaly i don't like being staked on the net couse i hate playing with someone i dont know money

So what I don't have an e-wallet, or a credit card. I just use standard bank deposit lol.
ive got a friend in mrnugger hes a nice guy, am man enough to stand up and say that i also made a mistake and take full responsibility of my actions and thats why im paying him back i did a thread on this, photolong is doing all the hard work respect to him as well , but if that faills i just transfer the full $50........ i hope mobsters here respect me for what am doing compared to what arsene did,
also thank you island jack for not having ago at me in your thread but at least im making a effort in getting mrnuggers money back but with a twist

Great post. It's people like you (IslandJack, dozn01, mrnugger etc) that keep me going when people disappoint me and I need insurance that there still are trustworthy, basic good people out there.... Thanks for making my day guys

thx for the kind words islandjack and dozn01 , there where indeed some nice posts in that thread ... different opinions , humor , mobsters who cared and go on .... i was always realizing that i toke a risk with staking and the money was for me not that important , it was part of the deal and that's all . of course would i have being glad if i would have made some profit but profit or no profit it would not have made any difference in financial way and it did not make any difference in that way . the only thing good is that i won more than i lost because as i told before was i ready to stake a lot more $ than the $ i had put in so at the end did i learn my lessons and even made profit

I must admit that I had stopped reading that threaad way before this happend with arsenej1. As i said in my post in that thread i was afraid that this would happen. However I am glad to see that dozn1 stepped up and was a man. I truly hope that mrnugger does get paid back. I ,like IslandJack do not have any sympothy for people who use all their $$$ or cc on poker. IMO this means you have problems buddy and I would not only quit until new year BUT PERMENANTLY.

Had loads of trouble to get them speak english as they were telling the cards to eachother in 6max just to get some of my cash lol. Theres some badasses in every country .

I want to stack somebody to play poker at stars or fulltilt but during 1 month the players must give me back 20 dolars per week. After the month the deal is over and if he gives me 20 bucks per week in the end of the month he stays with the rest of the profit.
