Did you try speaking with a different CS ?? That's what I generally do in any life situation involving customer service, I just try and find one with a brain and a heart and go from there.

best thing to do on these cases would be to try again and see if another person will assist you. its quite possible that the agent assisting you is a new one but that doesn't mean she has to be that knowledgeable or lack thereof. maybe no proper training? they get someone from the streets then put them as support.

you can ask for the floormanager in the most callcenters they got one.To upload a screenshot from your account was a nice idea but many thinks are not allowed for a "normal"supporter so i think by a buy in from 165$ he had must ask the floormanager if she can do this. Try to chat with a other supporter works many time too. 165$ buyin and only 15 runners is very nice hope u got another chance or promo.

I love the conversations with the support-dummies. Sometimes you can become crazy with them. I was playing on IPoker this week and they had server problems. I was multitabling and after the server worked again, i had 20$ less. 10$ i got back, rest is still missing. Support was "great".
