Hi,I was playing on Winnerpoker and collect 500 Winner points and request gift from BRM,I do request 05.09.,now it is 2 weeks when I do that and my request is still "processing",I want to know does anybody do the same in last 2 weeks and did he get gift from BRM or is still "processing" like me,thank you

wow some thing must be wrong when you have to wait 2 weeks and still nothing.... but hang in there you will get it, bankrollmob wont let you down as they are ones who are giving your free gift $50

Hi,now I think it's harder to get that gift than earn 500 points I was playing sit-n-go double for 2 and 5 $ and when I collect 500 points I had same amount on my account,it's not hard but it's hard when you wait for your gift 2 weeks and nothing happens

I have the same problem. I also took the gift offer for WinnerPoker. After several emails to the support i finally send them a screenshot so they can see, that i have 20x the required points. The support told me now, that i will receive my gift. We will see. Try it the same way, send them a screenshot. But it's for me also strange, that they make problems for the gift offer!

I got mine but did have to wait a fir while, think doomdy and a few outhers were the same, you will get it im sure. (I think mine too around 3 weeks, at least 2 1/2)

Hi,I still waiting gift from BRM for Winnerpoker gift offer request,now is 18 days of waiting and still same like 1st day,for 2 days is weekend and full 3 weeks of waiting BRM didn't send me e-mail with explanation why I must wait 3 weeks or anything to that I see they care,nothing,big nothing

are you sure of that?
Why wouldn't he be sure about that? It's easy to check things like that...
edit: I heared many times WinnerPoker is crap site which makes much problems. That's why i didn't think of clearing that offer even.

No,I'am not sure and I don't know to read what mean "p r o c e s s i n g" next to my claim next to 05.09.2010. Winnerpoker gift offer and I'am not sure that I'am playing at Winnerpoker and I don't know what is 507 Wpoints in my Winnerpoker account

Forget it. I also didn't receive it until now, even after sending the screenshot BankrollMob doesn't give me my gift. From my side big for WinnerPoker and BankrollMob. I have earned more than 6500 Winner Points and what i get? Nothing!!!!!!! Lol

Hi I have the same problem. I completed the WinnerPoker requiments (500 points etc) three weeks ago but I haven't get any MoB Points for that. I have sent a message to the BRM support but it has no answer for a week. I don't know what can I do.

Residents of Serbia are not alowed to have account at Winner.

Because i live in Portugal now and i'm German. I was leaving in Serbia only 2 years. No prob;lems to open an account at the Winner-s**t. Does anyone know, if i can change my adress in my BankrollMob-account?

PS. You should contact BMR support for changing your location in bankrollmob account.
