I received another bankrolls in other rooms. But in this, say me that I don't pass the verify. And I sent my passport some months ago. What happened?

who exactly told you that you do did notpass the verification? if it is from bankrollmob then chances are you might not get it but if it came from Titan, you can contact them regarding this.

When I send verification ID, I always send copy of my Driver license and Federal ID, and they call me on mobile to confirm that is not a robot or a duplicated register.

Its burocracy, but necessary...

Talk with support service...
