Hi,to today I was thinking that BankrollMob is perfect but it's not perfect like I think,I do request for Winner poker goft offer before 25 days,I do everything like was in a rules for that gift offer,deposit 37,70$ and make 504,5 Wpoints and do request for that gift,yesterday after 25 days of waiting (info is:we do that 2-4 days) I recive e-mail that I play a little more and when I do everything what they asked for that gift offer they will process my request again Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap!
Who work that job,somebody drunk,on drugs or stupid,how hard is look in my cashier and read what is next to Wpoints and what amount is my bonus for my 1st deposit,did I see different from that person who do that gift offers

For that gift offer min deposit was 30$ and collect 500 Wpoints,this is my cashier of Winner poker,I was cash out all money because it's last place where I will play poker after all that s**t about gift offer,all of you see my cashier and tell me who fucking who in my case

As I wrote in another thread, I just got my gift offer, after some waiting, but without any problems at all. Although I have been reading about others that seem to have problems.

Did I understand you correctly: They have sent you an email saying you should play some more? Have they then specified how much more?

I can see by your screenshot that it should be completed.

schwabo - I don't blame you for blaming us, after all, it's us you're dealing with directly. But when Winner Poker tells us "no" when we ask if you have qualified, then there's really not much we can do than to send you the reject message. In that case, it's good that you get back to us so we can ask them about your account again - which we have done and we're now waiting for a reply, though I'm afraid they might be on holiday until next week.

In the emails before, that sounded different: "... you have not qualified yet.... blabla". Was the last time for me, to sign up for a gift offer through BankRollMob and i only can advise everyone to do the same. Nothing because of your NoDeposit-offers, everything ok. But your gift-offers are not worse for cleaning the ass.

Don't say b******t when you don't know the facts about schwabo's situation.

Also - just a tip - in general it doesn't help when you call support people for, well, you know... It's disrespectful.

As for your gift request, I spent the last 20 minutes looking into it and talked with the people involved. Winner Poker first told us that you were not qualified, that's why you received that e-mail from us on September 5th. Then later we asked them directly about YOUR account only and they told us you were not properly tracked to BankrollMob (as we told you in an e-mail two days ago).

Whenever we reject a gift request, it's a complete waste of our time. We do not get anything out of it - at all - except unhappy users most of the time, which we're not happy about. It's only in our interest to approve as many gift requests as possible, but we can't do it when the poker sites either says that you're not qualified or not tracked to us.

Fair enough Admin, i see ur side of this fiasco but I have also had the exact same scenario happening on Paradise, Ive also waited a month, been rejected (although offer was completed exactly as requested), sent in a screenshot and an email, and now being waiting another week+ and still no word from the Mob... Confused whats going on here?? Im starting to think that the gift offers are headache and not really worth clearing if im going to have to go through this ordeal every time as it seems like more than just 1 mobster is suffering here! Mast3rKush - you can't really judge gift offers based on the posts in the forum Smile As with everything else, people usually stand up and speak their mind when something is wrong - not when something goes as expected. Not that there's anythong wrong with that, I'm just saying that because there's a bunch of players having some problems it doesn't mean that it's not worth using - there's *alot* more players not having problems.

Your explanation is a little bit exacter than that, which i have received. But like everyone will understand here, i won't use the gift-offers from BRM anymore nor i will recommend them to anyone else. It was my first gift-offer-request and the whole story took 4 weeks, with the result, that i wasted my time on WinnerPoker, didn't receive my gift and had to write some emails to your support.

So what's the problem? Obvious i'm not the only one, that has problems in this matter. Maybe this tracking-cookie-thing is not the best solution. Have a look at the poll i started: 52% didn't receive the gift at all or only with problems. Is this a satisfying result for BRM? I think not.

karstenkloss - I just ran the numbers from your poll. Out of the 43 users who selected "never got something", only 6 (six) players ever requested a gift offer from us. What the other 37 players were thinking when they clicked "never got something", I don't know, but they probably thought that the option would also apply if you never requested a gift in the first place, since then you would "never got something" as well.

Likewise, only 1 out of the 3 users who clicked "Received it, but was a pain in the ass" requested a gift offer.

And finally, 19 out of the 41 "Got, without problems" had requested a gift. I wonder what the 22 players got without problems, cause it wasn't a gift offer...

I guess the conclusion is that you can't trust polls.

Yes, i totally understand and now that you have shed some light on how the gift offer works in relation to the poker room the mob and the player, it makes sense. Btw, my gift actually just cleared a couple hours ago after i made the post - thanks alot! i will be giving the gift offers another shot as they defintley are +EV, i just hope things work out abit smoother this time Thumbs Up Worship

Another point - are the points, which you see in your balance the points you got from playing? Some poker rooms will give you some extra points when you deposit some money in. And they are usually not counted to your bonus account - Party poker is a good example.

And the question - so which gift offer works without problems? I would like to give a try to VC poker after i clear my Party Poker NDB - It is good that it can be combined with NDB Smile And may I ask? I saw that you should play 250 points there - On VC site i saw, that you will get 33 points for 1 dollar raked in SnG's - it seems a bit easy to be true Smile So i assume i didnt understand their points system very well Big Smile

about polls: I'm sorry the conclusion is you can't trust polls cause I really like them.
The problem could be that sometimes not all the possible choices are mentioned but people are gonna vote the same (even if they are in none of the situation mentioned) to collect points.

My stupid suggestion (to make polls a little more trustful) is to automatically insert "other: I will post below" option and points for voting this one should be added only if effectively posted.

maybe i would be too complicated and no one cares about it (maybe I should create a poll to know Big Smile )

PS: anyway I voted correctly in the case mentioned Smile

For ADMINISTRATOR; I send you e-mail and sorry for few dirty words I use,I was mad when e-mail was recived after waiting of 3 weeks,also in e-mail is screenshot of my cashier,you see that I have enaught Wpoints and deposit more than 30$,can you tell me Tony reason for reject my request,in e-mails I recived only is that I must play a little more,no problem with tracking,why I must play more,in rules is 500 Wpoints and what will be if again my request will be reject,what I must do,make double Wpoints,I don't understand.
