If you lose two thirds of your bankroll in 24 hours, then it it is tilt. It is the same as if you lost your 250 bucks bankroll and have only 90 in just one day.

It happens to us all. Stop or you'll go broke!. Limit you losses to 1 Buy-in per day. Play until you double up and then change table so you are back at maxim buy-in. Do not multi for a time may also help.

Bankroll management. The previous post says it all. limit you possible loses and set a goal at i.e double up and then move or stop for the day. and play at NL2 until you have a good solid bankroll
