If you play to much.... its hard to enjoy yourself, because your playing so many hands it just makes for more bad beats. Not always the case but it happens,

Just do not play poker for 3 days, that will give you some peace of mind. Do rest well, then you can play poker again with new stamina. Play for fun my friend.

The only thing you can do is hope for the best when you go in a hand with the best starting cards, its internet poker and all the sites seem to reward the chaser looking for the rvr suckout..

You need to calm down. So either you change the way you approach the game, or you have to play much more tourneys at the same time. You have no time to go on tilt then.

i know that feeling too, same thing happens to me too in tourneys, thats why i dont play so manuy tourneys i play more sngs 10 seated then you know whos playing whit bad cards. only play cheap mtts whit big guarante....who knows someday maybe i finish top 3.
yeah thats what i do with pokerstars, my bankroll is 250 total, but on pokerstars 49$ only so i play the 1$ tourneys there untill i get lucky to end top 5 before i go up limits, i play decent because on other sites i win smalltourneys, en make profit, but on pokerstars i never got something above the 10$, hate that site to maney players in the low tourneys, around 500 would be perfect,...
en the problem is on the smaller sites you only find like 50 players, so not enough, really looking for a site with a way in between,...

Hi,yes I'am not happy when I have AA or KK,in more then 50% A and K are losing hand from 56 or 78 suited or simply the bad player who go with very bad cards at the end after river have flush or streight

Hi schwabo 78 or 56 suited are not bad hands or Ak i don´t now you meaning an all in pre flop but suited connectors are good hands to call are bet or a raise and when you have maybe AhAc versus 56d and the flop is 7c Jd 4d 56 is in front with 56% open end str and flush draw against the ace´s. And AKos versus 78s is 60:40% +/-% pre flop But i think i know what you meaning is very bad feeling to lose with a great hand like AA or KK but when it´s happend to many times that you lose this hand maybe you must change your beting style. Aces or kings are good hands to play against one or two players but not more.Slow play with this cards are not a good option.I like to play suited connectors against a small raise or when i have good odds

First of all, ask yourself if you really did get sucked out and if that suckout was necessary from your end. Could you have prevented it by playing and betting any other way. So often I hear suckout and most times it is just poor playing or gambling preflop with maybe 60/40 odds or something like that. Even the AK loses to AQ AJ preflop all in is no suckout in my eyes unless you were small stack and had to push. I once too was someone who was talking non stop about suckouts until I realized I really had it coming by playing the way I did at this time. My definition for a suckout now is a completly different one as it was years ago. Almost everything happening preflop doesnt count as a suckout for me. After flop have at least 2 pair or better and at least 70/30 odds in your favor. If you still get beaten after river by this defintion you were sucked out for real
Always try to analize if you could have prevented that "suckout" And only if the answer is "NO" start getting mad and have fun kicking your neighbours cat
Once you reach a very good level of playing and reading your opponents (their range, are they stealing or betting with a hand) you will constantly get sucked out because you choose the right spots and get spanked from the pokergod. Unless I dont get sucked with my defintion at a final table I take those suckouts as they come. Some days its just not ment to be, which doesnt mean dont keep analyzing yourself if there wasnt the slightest chance you could have played it better.
I think it was WSOP 2009 which was streamed almost completly live via internet. I watched almost all of it and that helped me in a way like nothing else before, at least for MTT of any kind. You never saw holecards of anybody and you almost never saw a showdown. That made me thinking a lot and improved my play a lot. But thats another story how and why, maybe if i have some time I write an essay about it. But if I had to name 2 words i would say "small ball" and "position".
Hopefully i got some of you guys thinking now, even you wont agree with my suckout defintion....YET
by the way its not just random b******t im telling you guys, I could proove it with my tournament results the last 4 months. Biggest cashes were 7,2k $ for a 4th place in 100k GTD at liipoker and a 15th place in 100k GTD for 1,4k$ and i have a shitload of final tables in low level buy in. I tilted my bankroll in real life and nothing to do with poker, thats why im here and have to start over
