Bad beats are your friends to be honest. They said u played well and u lost just because u was out of luck. Also without them weak players who mostly loose cash and play for fun wouldn't appear again from which u get the $$$ obv. You should read Poker Mindset some of my friends with tilting frequency it helped really much.

Happens to me all the time. Ten suck outs in a day is not uncommon online. I can get AA ten times--go all in and get sucked out with 3-9 or 2-8 or J4 ect and lose more than 50% of the time. It doesn't add up. Take a break for a little while or maybe a few days even. Play for the fun of playing---not to try to make money---that way you will not be let down if you lose. When playing makes you upset, at that point you need to ask yourself, why do you want to play anymore. I play to have fun. If it is no longer fun , then I quit playing for a while until a get a craving to play again. Key is keeping it fun. When suck outs come---and they will for sure online----then get use to it or take a break from it if it upsets you. Being mad will make it so you no longer enjoy playing.

Hey another thing you can do is play more freerolls. I play in freerolls all the time. That way when you get sucked out --you can laugh at it because you have no money invested. Freerolls are a good way to get away from the real money play while you give yourself time to get off of tilt. Never play on tilt. Playing on tilt can cost you your whole bankroll quick. Remember --tomorrow is a new day. STEP AWAY---FOR A DAY!!! Good luck.
