There´s been a lot of "Support Bashing" on the Forum lately, so I thought I´d share the Flip side..
I signed up with Everest, there were some hickups, and I had to send my ID etc. I had to send some more stuff, with a lot of excuses from them...and I was kind of ticked off. I was going to complain, but then decided I might need a good relationship with them in the future, and just politely sent them what they needed.
And guess what?
They gave me $10 as a thank You for being so nice about the whole thing!
So the moral of the story is.... it can pay to be nice to people...literally!

Thats nice
Ive also met some really nice support, but it wasnt Everest lol.
I changed my address after a while on pkr.com as I moved another place. I was planning to change it for last 6 months but always forget about it, until they sent my personal birthday gift to my old address along with pkr new Stacked magazine. So I contacted support and after sending them some new bank statements where my new address was on, they credited me with 50$ for the trouble and sent me another copy of stackd magazine.
So the thing is they really take it very imortant to have all the addresses and player facts correct.
Jack you mentioned in another everest thread that the blind structure is slow there - man oh man, I could bet 50$ that after few weeks of playing there you cant stand that blind structure and move on to another site lol.

well, after a recent trouble with PKR and CS - my issue was resolved and I was granted 3 free entries into the $10K GTD "mini masters" MTT.. so that was nice.. even if it is at 5am aussie time lol
However, in saying that - I've previously always had fantastic CS experience with PKR. The best of which was when I qualified for the "PKR MASTERS $100K GTD" (PKRs biggest game, monthly) despite a strict policy against it, they refunded my ticket for it's full $250+$20 price was stoked.
