Your profile said you already received the bonus when did u apply for it? regarding support when did u email them, think they have off on weekends. hope u get u bonus, gl

Hi,you are not alone,I send them e-mails but didn't recive answers, ,I have war about my gift offer 36 days,they send me 1 e-mail after 26 days where they told me that my request was rejected because I don't have enaught Wpoints for gift and after that I send 3 e-mails to all adresses they have with photo of my cashier to prove they are wrong and didn't recive e-mail of any kind,just to tell me sorry we do mistake or something

Hi they give u 5000 points to buy in. U cant see them anywhere, (or at least I havnt found out where to keep track off them) be carfull i donkede the first 4600 away but for the last 400 I bought myself in the bounty tourny and got 25 $ now 2 months later my bankroll is 125 $ great room
I signed up for players only on 1st October through this site and recieved 5000 vip points 3 days later with no issues. I played a $5 tourney and was 2nd for £202 and withdrew 160 with no issues from neteller, I have also withdrew another $100 again no issues. I currently have $40 in account. I have had no problems contacting them or them responding to emails
Have you checked the player admin tab at the bottom of the lobby and then go to VIP exchange and it tells you how many VIP points you have.

I thought that only US residents are able to play at players only. I read it somewhere, after I wasnt able to login.
I can easily login to my online account at their website, but whenever I try to login to the client, I get a Login Failes. Please Try again. Thanks for your patience.

im really looking forward to this promotion, because any promotion who wont let me join cash table with little money is a good promotion. I suck bad at micro levels, because i would have to adept to those players again. You cant play real poker there without having nuts. You get called anyway. Signed up 3 days ago, got verification message from BRM yesterday, so hopefully they award me those 5k points today since it is friday and i dont want to wait over the wekend. Im not sure if players only wasnt for US players only at some time. I cant remember exactly, but i know there was a poker room who wouldnt let me sign up because US players only.

u do know that players only gives out points..5000 i think and they can be used for the points sit and goes and tourneys what u win will be put in cash to ur account..check and see if u dont have a bunch of points and start playing...
------------ how to track ur points on players only...go to player admin at the bottom of front lobby, then go to vip point exchange and it will show u how many points u have...

I have made 3000 vip points and have 1300 dollars in my account in there.. Its the support from Players Only I have a problem with.. They dont answer my emails.. ??

it will tell u how much u need to claim it, just click on the player admin at the bottom of the lobby and then click the bonus claim on the left. it will tell how much % u have completed. mine was automaticly put in my account this little red screen popped up telling me that i had recieved it.i also had 2 bonuses and one was let out in 5 dollar incriments... hope this helps
