Hi,like you know I have problem with winnerpoker gift,I send e-mail to 3 addresses of BankrollMob,waiting of 40 days,2 weeks of you send me e-mail and nobody answers me and i still didn't get my gift or e-mail what is happening,after I send photo of my cashier,can you tell me will I get this gift,or will somebody answer to my mails,I was speaking with winner support and send them photo of my cashier and at the end women tells me that you must do something,they can't do your job,now is to much 40 DAYS

I don't see why anybody would ignore you. I haven't personally recieved anything but I'll ask our payment team if they got a reply back from Winner when we asked them about your account some two weeks ago.

Hi,and what is happend,I send photo of cashier to Winner support and talk with women,she told me that it's all on you,everybody knows that I was do everything what was asked for that promotion,but still nothing,40 days,I realy don't understand what is problem

As I wrote earlier - and in the other thread on this same matter - our payment team contacted WinnerPoker directly to ask about your account about 14 days ago. I personally haven't received any update and I've asked our payment team if they have heard anything, so I'll get back to you when I know more.

Just to update - our payment team has sent another e-mail to WinnerPoker to ask about your account (and another one as well), as we still didn't receive a reply to the previous e-mail we sent.
