I'd like to introduce myself. I will be representing Big Bet Poker on the forum platform of Bankrollmob. My name is Melanie and my aim is to be closer to you... be there to answer the question you want to share with the public or a question you would like to ask me in private, to the best of my ability.
Besides answering questions regarding BigBetPoker I will also be a member of the community and post in other forums.

The testing is basically just to find bugs if any and report these. We offer $11 Satellite coupon. That is for the reporting of any bugs encountered, and feedback to us.

hi melanie welcome to bankrollmob, nice to see a Bigbet representative here. only want to ask you a question: I joined bigbetpoker trough BRM when BRM was running the bankrollbuilder promotion; that promotion had no time limit to be cleared. Can I still clear it or with all this changes this promotion has changed as well?

hi melanie, welcome to BRM if i used mac, i wud hav helped with testing regarding site, r u planning on starting some freerolls for brm players ?? we had some when john was representative but that was long ago.

Currently we are offering the $25 no deposit bonus, with the chance to actually receive $150 FREE. In regards to a specified tourney for BRM, we don't have at the moment.

have a bug o report melanie...when youtry to sign up for big bet the sign up page will do something funny. After u sign up it will pop up "nickname has to be 6 20 alpha-numeric charaters long" but the thing is the ones i put in was what it ask for. at first i thought it was my computer but i referred 2 friends and they called me back asking the same thing. why was it doing that...but as of today they said it would go straight threw. i had to send emails to get my nickname added bye support and i told them the bonus code to put in just wondering if everything was okay... Nickname : urarookic1 hope this helps and welcome to BRM.....if

I checked your account. The bonus code has been added to your account by support. I noticed you signed up on the 14th, so your account, if eligible, will be updated between the 16th and the 17th. Eligibility is based on the terms and conditions available on this link
When you create an account at the sign-up page, it request you to enter a account ID and also nickname. The nickname has to be unique, so make sure to click on check availability to confirm that your chosen nickname is available.
When you are ready to sign in in the client, you need to use your account ID and your password to login, not the nickname.
In case your account has been created without a nickname it won't let you login in the client. In that case, a player can contact support to be provided a link where they can create a nickname, or the support team can also add the nickname manually to the account.

You can also sign-up with us. However, you can have only 1 account with us and you might not have been banned from the merge network.
After you have completed the sign-up send me an e-mail with your username, so I can login from account and send you the link from your player admin you need for the testing.

It's pretty refreshing to have a liason to BigBet as a member of this forum....when I signed up, I got a courtesy call from a BigBet representative, which was also awesome....feels good to be treated like a person instead of a bank account, just saying thank you.

Hello Melanie...... I was just thinking how awesome it is to have someone from bigbet here for the community, to help them and so on, but I just wanted to ask why you guys have hardly no tourneys? Like all of the rest of the MERGE skins? you guys do not have tourneys over $15 dollars and hardly any of the guarented money tourneys, Because I am a regular players at PLayers Only that is the main site I play on every day and where I have a major bankroll, most of the time, Also Just to let everyone know the BETA is for all MERGE poker sites, where you can find in the PLayer Admin, just not for BIG BET poker.
