you have to be patience, probably you get the bankroll and when you talk to support just be nice and they will be nice back, hopefully you followed the instructions so you have not made anything wrong.

too bad I was too young when register at VC and it was couple years ago!I used no deposit bonus,but ruin all and now cant you any free money from them!

Anyway i would like to ask. I read and i an not sure if i understand well. I can get the no deposit bonus , clear it and then do a gift bonus by depositing 20$ also? Both on same network? Not sure if i read something well.

You may deposit anytime you want at least 20 $. Of course is better to clear up the No Deposit Bonus first because you have to clear up the first deposit bonus after this(the 20 $ more from Victor Chandler) ... After you deposit 20 $ and make 250 points (doesnt matter if you cleared up or not the NDB) you write Bankrollmob to send you the 5000 Mob points gift. And wait for it about a week. That's all
