Hi, I have a few questions about some of the conditions of my bonus on BigBetPoker.com.
When working to unlock the full bonus available to me through BankrollMob, it's stated that I will earn my bonus money in sections, based on the number of points I earn. However, BBP seems to have done away with the VIP points system, instead offering each player 21% daily rakeback(which I think is a wonderful incentive system).
I'd like to know exactly how my bonus will be released, and according to what. Do I have to generate a predetermined amount of rakeback money to unlock the next step in my bonus? If so, what are the milestone amounts? I hope you can help with these concerns, and thanks for your time.

We have re-designed our website and due to a system glitch, some players are not able to see their rake based on the bonus received from BRM. The tech department is aware of this and they are working to have it resolved. Your patience is appreciated.
In fact we do not have BB points.. but it is seen as cash now. However, it works almost the same, for example if you have 100 BBP points you have raked $10.
But as I said, if you want me to look into your specific case, send me an e-mail or contact the BigBetPoker support team to look into your rake for you.

I actually should have read this before posting. Is this exact? BB points accumulate at a rate of 100 points for every $10 generated in rakeback money?
