Yeah that is quite weird...i had to wait over a week and half for mine to clear AFTER it had been processed here at wonderful BRM. Still got the bonus though, and relatively soft plo and micro/low mtt's

When did you signed up? From BRM we receive a daily list with 20 qualifying accounts. Please check with BRM first if you are one of the qualifying accounts. If that's the case and it has not been credit, feel free to sent me an e-mail to investigate this for you.

Just wanted to get back to you, as you haven't contacted me. In your specific case, you need to contact BRM to check if your account is eligible for the bonus.
However, in regards to the e-mail, I have investigate this and it happens that the original response was sent in Spanish to you. The original response was in Spanish, as the original e-mail that contacted support was in Spanish. This was translated into English afterwards, and from there it went wrong with the correct grammatical order from the translation...
