This info is not confirmed but I'd guess you have to at least earn as much as it takes to claim the full bonus. Of course it might also be dependent of how many times you circulate the starting bonus of 10e around in the tables. That might be around 20 times, just guessing.

I brought forward my opinion on this matter just a few posts above. But since getting the verified info on that would require contacting the support (either BRM or 24h) you might as well do it yourself.
