SWEET i just logged into my account and i have 20 too and my BRM says awaiting payment also . Strange but cool

i know this might be in the wrong thread but as it says unibet ill post here as it says above i logged into my account and had 20 euros although my BRM account still says awaiting payment. I have been playing there for 10 minutes and already have doubled up my 20 to 49 lol. Im not sure if its cause there are weak players or because my first 3 hands was AA AK AK . anyways hope you all recieve your cash soon and gl see you at the tables

im not too sure why you havent recieved the bonus in your account. Maybe admin could shed some light on this as to whether it is the BRM bankroll we had requested or whether its a bonus which isnt affiliated to them i dont know but either way thanks brm

Ogio, No need to buzz me about it. I really suggest that you leave your computer for today and come back tomorrow and check. You seem way too excited about this bonus I've also heard that you've been on livechat quite a few times today asking about the bonus, not to mention the other days you were on it too And finally, it's really not a good thing to call our partners for "lame" when they give our members free bonuses.

I understand how you feel Ogio, some days are just s**t Specially when being sick also.
It's just, our support guys work really hard to keep up with all the questions etc. coming in all day, every day, which is why we kindly ask people NOT to contact us regarding bonus requests unless they have already waited at least 5 days. Cause most of the times, everything will sort itself out within 4 business days

Maybe this will help you guys to have a little more patience. I and many users are NOT ELIGIBLE for this bonus. I know this does not solve anyone elses waiting problem, but at least you WILL receive a bonus! So calm down, take a break and KNOW that soon you will receive it.
