I'm hoping to be successful like everyone else seeks to be. So I know it's a challenge, but I want to inspire more females to join in poker. Its a really great game, and I think "most" females are intimidated of this sport. I use sport very lightly by the way. To some its a career, and to others is something to do with their fiends on a Saturday or Sunday.
My main goal here is by BankrollMob "opening some new doors" for me, I in return will do my best to get more females involved here as best I can. Which is to see another female be successful in poker. Not that there are not any very good female players out there. But how many of them advocate poker for females?! I can appreciate that they play and they are good, but thats not enough.
Watch poker on television, and what do you see? All males, and every once in a blue moon you see females. TV says a lot to our brain. Woman see men playing poker, then thats what their brain says to them. "men only thing" Thats where we ladies that know its a unisex sport come in. Lets show more ladies that we can play poker and have fun at the same time!

yeah it would be nice to have more women here on BRM forum and ofcourse more girls in poker!so hope lot of women will read this and hope that they will try to play poker

So last night I went and bought a Pre-paid Visa gift card, and went to make my first deposit at BigBet poker. It was from www.giftcardmall.com/visagift which allows internet and international purchases , so since Melanie from BigBet support said these work, I got it.
I go to deposit and get declined.
I asked for Mel cause I was upset, but she had left already for the day. I believe I talked to Jewel, and Nina. Nina says I will have to wait to try again untill Tuesday Morning..So all and all I'm unhappy at this point. Thats life I suppose. They say "There is a reason for everything", but who knows.

So no BR as yet, ahh well good things come to those who wait I guess. As for the post #17, this is were I think a lot of women go wrong, its like they are playing to prove they can play against men, there is no need for that, poker is poker, kids can play the game, there is no reason why a woman can not play as well as a man, and all this girl power stuff is nonsense, womens only table annoy the hell out of me, we want = right blar blar, but can we have it so that men are excluded...LOL..the reason more men play is because we are more competative, its human nature, thats why less women play. Poker is unisex none of this lets do it for the girls, im the manly man BS, if so they are playing for the wrong reasons, if a female is intimidated then tuff, its part of the game, but dont say its because shes a girl etc. LOL rant over , hope you get that BR soon and turn it in to some real spending cash, treat yourself to a nice pair of shiny shoes . Its just a world, not mans or womans, I have a pair of shiny shoes too GL

I am not trying to do an = rights thing here. My intentions are not to kick mens asses, although that is fun! my intentions is just to get more females to play..nothin more nothing less.
I did get aproved for the Bank roll! I have been playing the last 2 hours, and have been up/down...which is norm. I am taking a break and at the moment am + .59 cents!
I was playing .02/.04 NL to test the waters, I also did a $2.00 H.O.R.S.E Limit.. tourny, and the blinds are quite fast, so it tends to rush your play a little. Something I will have to try and adjust to. I did not place in the money...
I also did a sitNGo Double or nothing and won. Not to bad so far.
