I quit smoking recently, but I did used to always have a smoke break when I started to tilt.
Although, sometimes - if I was tilting to much, I'd only have about 3 drags - then go back to the poker lol.

its a part off the game sometimes u loose with poket AA sometimes u WIN with poket 99 or lower beating aa kk qq or else its luck we all players have the same some 3-10 bad beats per day but we keeping playing and never stop so its really true and we cant change nothing then u have 2 pairs and all in was but river gives set for the dumb oponent call u easy out and he win by the huge luck
just turn off your computer and do something that relaxes you... Then when you play just be patient and switch tables often until you find your lucky table

Buy Poker Mindset. Kinda nice book most of people i know have it and most of them saying it's helping. Or go watch some videos about mindset. I worked on that kinda long and after so many bad beats i am not getting tilted often u just need to remember bad beats are really our friends not enemy. If u have bad beat it mean u played good , bad beats also keeps fishes on table without them they would always loose and stop = no gain for yourself.

just stop play some days or week and come back play this most cooler head and be happy good luck all and never loose your hope and one day u ll win great money pot
