So presumably it's too late for the casinos to take him to court to get their money back. This sounds pretty cool but this guy was a crook and is now getting more money for outing himself. You wouldn't catch most uncaught criminals bragging openly about their crimes.
If Dustin Marks would have done it today with all the technology like security cameras, he would have been caught. its very hard to cheat in casinos today. i will still buy his book..

dustin made great job and now he wrote his book and want to say all how it to do but now its not happens never like he do becouse now was to more cameras and to more security then u cheat u ll be bust and never can play good luck all

His confession would have to be proved, wich I guess they cant do now, also chances are he now works for them (if he works at all) I love it when someone gets one over on the casinos, they rob you blind without care, dealers are tought how to cheat so they can spot outhers, wounder if they ever get commision!!

from one side this book could be good for reading (presons who like to read) and to see how 1 man could cheat in some much casinos and to cheat so much people and from other side maybe he could leave for himself and to spend this money!now every casino look at every man what he doing at black jack!

It's great idea for him with that book. People who are not smart will buy something like that without thinking about the time when he was doing that. Like someone said up now it's kinda harder to do it anyway. That "work" must be fun and exciting for him. Some people are climbing mountain etc and he was cheating casino... which could get him to the graveyard in that times.

when this happens with dealers at blackjack, it happens for sure even more at poker - at least the shuffle maschines will help a little bit of this kind of cheating
