i just spoke to one of the suporters and thery tell me this i cant get the free money because thery say i got 2 account and it is because i clicked 2 time on create account and i got 2???? WTF.....

Have you tried to explain the situation to them, and asked them to delete one of the accounts? Try that, by email if possible, and it might work out.
I have not dealt with 888 in this matter, but two times I have created double accounts, because I'm pretty stupid and do not understand the instructions. Both times they have deleted the extra account, and in one of the cases I even got the NDB twice.

I made an account with 888poker before, and it seemed very easy to get the freemoney account. Maybe too many people tryed to cheat the system and they started to make updates anti fraude.

could that be possible??? , they would ask for a personal info b4 they register u!! now how come u have 2 accounts just because of double clicking it...

lol. I think this site sucks. Have made money there much, but the costumer service is really bad, yes i agree. And the withdrawal takes too minimum 7 days. lol. real quick
