Well I gotta wish any player with an " I'll play anyone " attitude all the best and I really hope he does well.
There are far too many bum hunters out there at the moment - just take a look at the high stakes tables on FTP, usually 20 players there all just sitting on there own waitin for a fish to turn up but refusing to play each other. It really is pathetic.

he is telling the truth thats the only way to be the best is to play the best. but it gonna take a long time for him to get to being the best because online isnt the only thing he needs to mix it up

It's not that pathetic - if they're all fairly even - they'll just end up losing to FTP rake in the end.

He like playing other regulars because he just like playing Poker. And he can't play other then regulars because fishes don't come all the time but regulars are all the time.

nlhe seems to have lost its charm among high stake pros, rarely u see them playing there. now most of the action is taking place on plo tables. hes right if u want to improve u have to play against better players, but fish will give u money
