i set up my account and submitted everything necessary...then waited for days only to have bigbet tell me that this promotion is expired?? has anyone got this to work for them recently?

As far as I can tell the offer is still valid in the bankrolls section. Sometimes the poker rooms are not the best support to speak to, as it's really more to do with the affiliates.. My expereince from similar threads over my time here is the customer support on the various rooms are NOT always aware of affiliate promotions and may often get confused or just tell you the offer isn't valid.
IMO - speak with bankrollmob support.
If the promotion IS no longer valid, then i guess the page needs updating. I guess our local BBP rep will answer for you soon enough anyway

i used this promo a couple weeks ago.. and had the money in my bigbet account before brm even updated it.... i would agree ask brm support and you can try to direct bigbet support to the promotion on brm or copy and paste it to the chat screen... hope that helps gl with your bankroll and gl at the tables!!

ok thnx alot, and it sounds good and all, but heres a dumber question...as i am new to this how do i get ahold of bankrollmob support (as ive looked alot in the past few days and all i find is "u cannot contact brm about this"--lol
