As u have probably seen from my threads i was getting all the hassle but tony has got back to me saying to wait a cpl days which is fine,im now getting hassle for asking why no1 is receiving their ndbs,people get them,others dont,i accept that but i too agree that when i ask a site who do i talk to about sorting it out they say BRM and then i e-mail BRM to get no reply but theres always going to be delays when its free money,i refer people to the site saying how its a great wee site and it is apart from this week with all the hassle when i actually tried to get an ndb myself,i wish i hadnt bothered but BRM e-mailed me asking why i wasnt taking advantage and when i did try this week it has been some carry-on,its no big deal to me but for people who dont have a b/roll then it is and im only speaking up for and trying to get things sorted for people i have referred to the site as theres alot of people who arent getting their ndbs,anyway im off2actually play some poker,im turning into dozn01,lol,gl at the tables!

I think the support guy you spoke with at WSOP Poker might not be aware of this promotions, or the terms. I haven't heard anything in the process that *we* had to send out the poker chips, on the contrary, WSOP Poker told us that all is needed is 10 points (as far as I remember) to recieve the poker chips set.
I'll try to contact them.
------------ I just received confirmation from our contact with WSOP Poker that THEY are responsible for the chips set - he's guessing that something might have went wrong in this case as their team should be aware of it as well.
I suggest you get in touch with them again and let us know the outcome.

Guys this is NOT BRM's fault.....stop making Tonys life a nightmare....As above..you really think you will get anywhere with a post title like that...? You need to get in touch with WSOP support and slate them if anyone for not knowing the conditions of there own bonus'!!! It even says on there landing page FREE 300pc CHIPSET*earn 10 points*....clearly nowt to do with BRM....getting me all flustered this!!! Ease off on Tone, its not his fault he is working as hard as possible and always does to keep us guys satisfied.

now now,i felt like saying that but tony is genuinely trying to help but i agree there is alot of asslicking,iv had so much hassle this week with ndbs as u know but tony can only do so much and i got my ndb today for players-only to now find they have suspended my account,lol,joke but got2laugh!!
