I have been thinking of starting to use my moneybookeraacc instead of the NETeller, since I feel I do not get that a good exchangerate + teh on top of that take a fee (which would be OK if it wasn't for the rate). How do you feel about moneybookers? Better rates? What is the fee for a withdrawal to a bankaccount?

For transactions involving currency conversion Moneybookers adds 1.99% to their wholesale exchange rates for foreign currency.
withdrawal fee - bank transfer/visa - 1.8 euros
cheque - 3.5 euros
dnt knw exact figures but think neteller charge almost 3 times fee

Yeah, it feels like I should start to move my funds over to moneybookers. It's a bit of a hassle, bit it seems like its worth it.

Thanks for the info!

BTW: My brother lives in Bangalore! Smile

Springplank,

How is everything going in regards to your payout? I hope that everything is resolved and that you have received your funds.

I have offered my assistance before and it is still available Smile
You need to e-mail me though, since it is more of a private matter.
Or post your username and I will look into your account, if needed.

Cheers,

Melanie

Hello!

Since we have a BBP representative in the thread I'd like to ask a question.

I got the old NDB that you offered (many thanks), which gave me 10 $ to start with + antoher 320 that would get paid eventually while I played.

I have now got them up to 140 $, and earlier this year I needed money in my NETelleraccount, so I tried to withdraw. The deposit-page worked just fine, but the withdraw-page just kept redirecting me to some page where I could not find this option.

Why is this?

I'm not in need of withdrawing at the moment, but some time in the future I'm planning on doing this.

I have only played with the NDB, so I have not deposited myself, or sent you any passportscans, or such.

Smile

Hi Pjot,

Thank you for being a member of BBP.

In regards to your question have you received level 3? or have you reached level 4?

If you haven't fullfilled the rollover, the system won't let you request a withdrawal.

Can you provide me with your username? I would be more than happy to check your account. Also feel free to contact the support team also regarding this.

For taking out a payout, wether you make a deposit or not, you need to provide your documents. It is a company policy and primary requirement prior to request a withdrawal.

Anymore questions feel free to ask me or our support team.

Cheers,

Melanie

Hello Melanie!

Thank you for your answer.

From what I have understood I have reached level 2. That is, I have been paid another 20 $ on top of the 10 I started with. My username is Pestoff89, and my pokername is Pestix99.

Merry X-mas!

Alright, well that explains my difficulties. I haven't really read up on the terms, so it's my bad.

Thanks for the answer, sir!
