Hello, I would like to ask on my ticket for 50000 guarantee on 888poker.
I won it 8th December in Christmas Calnedar. Today I found that I am registered in the tournament which will be held today. Accidentally I cant play it tonight - so I unregistered myself from that tournament and thought that I will get the ticket for next week. But the client unregistered me and the client didnt write anything - It didnt give me ticket or anything like that.
I would like to say that I didnt have account on 888poker before I won the prize and I didnt want to unregister in order to get some money from it by withdrawal. I only wanted a ticket which I won.
How I can claim my prize pls? Is it possible to be somehow registered to next week tournament? Thanks in advance Admin.

They will have acess to your account so should be able to see you had the ticket and unregistered, and again SHOULD!! put the ticket back in to your account. Not a lover of 888 so kinda get a feeling you will get a run around, I cant see how bankrollmob could help outher than give you a 2nd ticket wich I dont see happining.
Of course, I dont want a second ticket from Bmob But I was a bit confused to find out that my ticket disappeared and wanted to share my feelings.. And maybe this thread could be helpful for another mob members who won the same ticket.
So thanks for advice, I wll infrom you here hoe it was (un)solved They say, their support is 24/7, so we will see...

I understand that you cant play tonight and would be right to give a chance to you to play on some other day!we all have some things to do and cant play every tournament when is scheduled,so it would be good that 888 give you another chance to play!hope that you will have luck with this problem!

you cannot register unless you have an account... you should have converted it into mob points insteed...
I had an account - I claimed te prize and now I am trying to solve my problem with their support.
I hadnt the right to convert it because, I could register an accoount there - even I didnt want any points, I wanted to try interesting tournament. But things went wrong way
well, 888's great support still havent answered me yet. Do you someone have similar experience with them?
I woul be even happier if they answered me and sent me to hell with my request. Not responding to question suppose I as very rude behaviour to their potential players...

Still trying, dont give up sooner or later you will get an answer. I did have problems with them, twice infact diffrent sites, in the end I just decided to stay clear of them. But good news in the wind, ladbrooks is looking to take them over, it might also be bad news as in they no longer care. 10 days is unreasonable time to wait for an answer. GL

It's not that they no longer care, they never cared to begin with! Seriously, I play there and love the fish that swim on that site, but if you need help from support just forget it and move on. Two years ago when they were having massive problems with players getting disconnected in the middle of hands, they denied the whole thing. They basically lost 3/4 of the players they had at $0.50BB and higher, while they steadfastly refused to take any responsibility for any hands where the player was disconnected while maintaining full connectivity to everything else on the web! I am back there now after being gone for a year and a half, the problem being solved. Just don't waste too much energy or mental anguish...
