Posted by mahdrof: Some people will call almost any two cards early in a tournament looking for a double-up. When I play freerolls I play the early stages looking to double-up quickly, in order to have a shot at going deep and finishing in the money, or get busted and play some other tourney or cash game, but usually by pushing all in with AQ-TT or better. This was different as you were in a big$ MTT. Some definitely play any two cards and this can be a killer, as was almost your case - very hard to spot. I always enjoy when a good hand like KK is outflopped by trash, and then catches up by the turn or river. Better luck next time!
Thats right. That was 200k tournament and u wouldn't expect someone will call reraise with 35 there so you can put him on TT, JJ, QQ,AA, or set. On freeroll he could put him on bottom pair but this is 200k tournament!
Posted by $k: awsome double up in the 200k first hand what a confo booster
bets your regreting posting this now with all the criticism about the play, lol,, I would of made the same decision with the kk, even if it was lucky, you need more than good play to win tournaments

So? There are a lot of players from satelittes = mostly donks. Anyway on that flop it's overplaying with KK. On early stages there is a lot of people calling PP for sets.

Yes they calling PP, not 35! And he reraise him before flop so what donk you need to be to call that raise? Maybe $k overplayed KK bit but that other guy got what he deserved!

Who cares what that player had? Is it 35 or 33 or 55... Are we playing against certain cards? Not we're playing against range. And you can easy see you're beaten if someone is rerasing us + stackoff with ours Kings most of time especially in higher buy-in tournaments.
