I won the 99 dlr tournement ticket for Party Poker on the Christmas Calendar...you can choose to accept or to take mobpoints worth halve the price, if you have a valid reason you cant play on them . Since my account was blockedon party poker there for unharmfull reasons: I CANT PLAY THERE.. seems pretty valid right. But after 2 weeks bankroll mob responded: Since you dont have a valid reason .. your request will be denied.. and you get neither mobpoints or the ticket... What the hell?? first of all.. Make it clear what IS a valid reason so before you request mob points you can check if it is possible that when you put in your request, that BRM cheats you out of your price. Second.. denying both the tournement ticket.. and the mobpoints is just an attitide of unwillingness to reward the price.. You act like if i tried to cheat you with asking mob points instead.. while in fact i would have loved to play the 99 dlr tournement.. instead of getting just 5000 mob points for them instead.
We offer the service to request Mob Points instead of a prize to those of our members who are unable to play at the sites for reasons beyond their control, like, if their country is not even allowed to play there.
We don't think you tried to cheat us, but we will also not pay for issues between you and Party Poker.

But that wasnt clear before i t put in my request.. like i said.. its lke a gamble: is it a legit reason or not.. will i loose 'both' prices? if you just put in exactly what were legit reasons.. since i thought.. hey I CANT PLAY and IT IS A LEGIT REASON. let ask for the mob points... and than a normal reply from BRM would have been: Im sorry try to work it out with party poker, instead of immidiate take away 'both ' prices.. and my guess is you also have to pay some for the tournement tickets you give away.. but thats not the issue..

If you couldn't play on Party Poker then you couldn't use the prize anyway. Last year we didn't offer MobPoints exchange and lots of our members won prizes they couldn't use because their country was not allowed to sign up and play.
Your case is a little rare and not something we consider a general issue. Usually accounts are not blocked and our whole site is kinda based on people actually having accounts - and playing poker That's why blocked accounts is not something we take into consideration with promotions like this.
Maybe you should try to fix your Party Poker account in case you win a Party Poker prize tomorrow or on the 24th - or next year.

Fisrt off.. i dont have lots to do with OTHER MEMBERS AND WHAT they could or not could do with their prices last year. second its sounds strange that on a pokersite something as a blocked account is a rare issue if you play lots of poker on lots of sites.. always for some reason 1 gets blocked..most for unharmfull reasons and you have to contact the site and it will be ok..that i didnt do this with partypoker was because it was now the second time they they did this with no good reason so i didnt felt the need to correct it again.. not knowing because of that you would take that prices o f almost 100 dlr away from me. for me IT IS A LEGIT REASON and if you dont find this the case YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE CLEAR RULES ABOUT THAT instead of giving them afterwards.. Dont be patrionising with: people who actually play poker.. on OTHER sites i play poker for 40 hours a week...
LOL IN CASE YOU WIN, i did won and the price is taken from me cause you were unwilling to put in text clear rules.. but pretty fague ones. : "... to play at sites beyond reasons of their control, LIKE,(??) if their country isnt eligible to play there.." in the rules you put in a word as : LIKE? so we have to guess what other legitimate reasons are? thats not really common with (applying) rules.

It was not meant for you specifically, but generally for our site. As I said, we count on our members actually playing poker - otherwise we would have no business here.
When you participate in a contest where you can win prizes for poker sites, then you should be able to figure out that you might need to actually be able to access your poker account. Each day we have announced the prizes and it also says "today's main prize sponsor is..." - so there's no surprise that the prizes, from the day you won, would come from Party Poker. There are some other internal BankrollMob prizes as well, but they are more like "prizes on the side" to offer a little extra besides what the main prize sponsor is offering.

because you dont reply to my questions and reasons directly, i will end this discussion for now.. but maybe start it later again cause i think other BRM need to know how you do bussness.. im SO sorry that i opened the christmas calender and won the price.. im sorry partypoker blocked my account for no reasons.. please forgive me..
im done here.. this is not the way to threat people ... its just cheating somebody out of a price that acctually is his at the moment he won it.. i think they have a name for it: stealing
That's why blocked accounts is not something we take into consideration with
