Ok people,everyone knows my problems i have had recently regarding ndbs but everyday i come on the forum just now all i see is how many other people are either not getting their bonuses or gifts or how they are getting told to contact the poker site and they say to contact brm...
I know that the site is here to try and help us try get these bonuses but for some unknown reason there is plenty of people getting mucked about just now and its not good for the sites reputation.
We all want the site to be as good as possible but its becoming abit embarassing now the amount of things people are not getting but i know that people have got certain bonuses and never had a problem so whats your experience with BRM when it comes to getting certain bonuses whether it be ndbs or just a gift,or the sites saying u have to contact BRM about your problem to then be told by BRM to contact the site. This isnt a moaning thread,i just want a bit of feedback as lately its all u hear on the forum and was wondering if there was alot more people out there that get probs or dont get any. We all know you get problems from time to time but we just all want this site to be as good as it can,and lately it hasnt been up to standard and quite shocking the way some people have been treated regarding bonuses/gifts,etc. Let us know your experiences whilst being a member of BRM when it comes to trying for any kind of bonuses/gifts,etc. good experiences or bad?let us know! or

I have 3 NDB available for my country: VC, Poker770 and Celeb. VC and 770 I used earlier when I was not member of BRM and I had only left Celeb points ofer, I registred there and for some reason they block my account right away telling me to contact support... That NDB is bad so I decided not to bother with it... Anyway I will take that Manson gift offer soon...I hope I wouldnt have any problems with that one...

theres a problem with the mansion gift also s1 posted cpl days ago about it and i tried for a ndb from players-only and they blocked my account without no answer why so thats why im asking others about their experiences,hope u get your gift but i know s1 who got the points required and still didnt get it!

If I am not counting wrong I have been given 15 no deposit bonuses, and 2 poker gifts. All this without any problems.
I have been turned down twice, by Virgin and 10bet. I do not really remember why, but I think the Virgin-people said I already had an account in their network. Maybe it was at some other site they are cooperating with, cuz I have never signed up there before.
So, all in all. BRM has worked extremely well for me.
But I have actually never ever won anything in the calendar or the mobsafe.

I have gotten 4 NDBs from here and a couple of casino NDs. I had no trouble what so ever with anything really. I think one time i had to wait like 2 weeks or something to get mine and other then the wait really i have had no problems at all.

i think the mobsafe is last of your worries if you have had all those ndbs without any problems,thats the way it should be,very good for you, they should try and make sure e1 is getting what they say they can give but thats the problem,nice1,glad2hear it !

dont think i need to make it clearer than that. i never had any problem and most of the times i have seen players have problems cause either they dont read or follow instructions properly or try to abuse system or its some problem between pokersite and the player. had 1 issue with support and they were pretty clear with their reply rather than sending an automated email or telling me useless info

I have had 8 successfull NDB from this site so i cant relate to anything negative written in this thread. I belive if people read carefully through the instructions and terms&conditions regarding the bonuses we wouldnt have anyone with a problem getting the bonuses they have right to get. I have also cashed out 100$+ from this site and have nothing to complain about.
The reason why you see so many threads about ppl having trouble with getting bonuses is simply because they are starting a thread in the forum to yell out their anger instead of discussing with the owners of the site.
Dont start threads like "I didnt get my NDB bla bla bla" PLZ, take contact with BRM instead !

Thats good to hear supernoob as i just want to get this site back to being a site u can rely on,instead of people worrying about their ndb not being cleared or gifts not given,NICE1!

That's correct. As with most services/products in this world, people will speak up when they are unhappy and sit quietly when things goes as they're supposed to. That's why you always hear more people complaining than more people being happy. We do get some people on here thanking us for this and that and I'm very happy to see that, but most of the times people are posting when there's problems.
And because of the Christmas Calendar, there's SO MANY MORE THINGS that can go wrong than compared to when we're just dealing with no deposit bonuses - plus there's much more activity because people are coming by every day to click the calendar.
What I'm trying to say, there's no reason to stir anything up to something it's not.

Yeah,i have to agree that i did start shouting about it because i did everything correctly and only tried to see what the others where talking about that received the same hassle,and BRM said i got the bonus but as soon as i got it ,my players-only site got blocked and all they would say was it was a management decision so dont know why that happened but im just seeing what others think as i know this site had always been ok but yeah its better to read everything before doing anything as theres always terms and conditions especially when u try for a ndb/gift.Good2hear you have had no problems!

Do you think im stirring it up tony,im genuinely asking what people think and what their experiences have been when trying for any kind of bonus /gift etc as there have been so many posts lately and yes,you are correct that ppl will post more about not getting their bonus/gift,etc!

I dont need to worry about anything as i have plenty in my b/roll,i think it is just luck getting these ndbs or other,im startring2think its now a conspiracy theory as i didnt get because i shouted about it,lol,whereas all tonys friends get them,lol!

I did not use for a long time no deposit bonuses from BRM!I think I used almost every,that were available for my country,but I had no problems with any of offers that I used and on every poker site I can still play without any problema and big thank to BRM for that

It's really simple BRADYboy. I've worked in customer service (for mobile phones, financial products, ISPs..) most of my working life, people don't have much to say unless they've got a complaint.
Simply put, for the majority of people, the bonuses work fine and they don't bother posting to say so. For the few unlucky people that have problems, we hear about it.
Like Pjot - I've taken a a LOT of NDB here and had very little problems. Only one didn't go through smoothly and BRM support eventually sorted it for me. I've also cashout out twice, without issue.

my experience = this site has been very generous to me.
i received 12 (!) NDB bonuses (approximatly worth $1100) 3 gift offers ($150) earned $700 with affilliates and forum posts - cashed out at least $500 i rarely needed the support, but whenever i did they always respond.. not to forget to mention little things like winning in the mobdraw, safe, participating in the WSOP freeroll and so on... its all for free... so i can only talk good about this site.
once one of the offers i took has been rejected. i also did everything correctly like you...(sometimes things go wrong) but after having a nice talk to the support (poker site) i received my bonus. so i think if you nicely talk to them, and it turns that it was just a mistake, then you definatly will get it...because they want you to play!
