we are from the small country and only few bonuses we can claim but it allways claiming run very hard becouse they have some hidden things and for taking bonus u must run harder then over bigger countrys
no problem with all NDB I have went for only problem I have had with BRM is when admin sent me a sharp email giving me a slap on the wrist for winding someone up a bit to much, perhaps, also my last withdrawal from BRM to my poker account took under 4 hours, cant ask for more than that, unless we get Admin to get a magic bike and zooom about delivering in person, that might be an idea actually, we could get him to wear a santa suit beard and all,

Are you serious, or are you kidding? Have you actually got an email from Tony telling you to stop badgering people?

Since she brought it up herself - yes, I did send her a message, because she and someone else was going at it. But since both of them were told to relax, they have been behaving nicely. So it worked

For the people saying that nobody receives free accounts from BRM. Talking for myself i have 5 no deposit account here, more 3 of that kind of accounts that you receive insta 5 bucks like betraiser account (if anyone remember about that site). Sunday i made my resquest for players only account, tuesday the account has been aproved and during the night i talked with the assitence ans voila they insta deposited 5000 points to play tournments. Guys plerase stop talking crap about this site, i do feel frustrated too when i want to have an account and i cant cause the bonus already expired or because they doesnt allow my country, but that life. People needs to be smart and more interventive in the site and check eveyrtime for the new bonus and sites.

Exactly! And don´t forget what Admin said here, the Christmas Calendar involves many sites and a lot of Gifts, so there are bound to be some misunderstandings, that´s life. Support desks on Poker sites (and everywhere) are not always run as they should be and info is sometimes missing, so you might get some incorrect answers at first. Just stay poite is the rule, and send the necessary mails, things always clear up that way IMO, one way or the other.

@jessthe human,i agree with you about ppl complaining but its not just a 1-off case,theres plenty people getting the same hassle and plenty more but thats not the point,the point is some people get and some dont and im not going 2keep hearing from others about not getting their ndb/gift,etc and just sit and say nothing,the people that complain seem to get shot down by others that have got their ndbs which is unfair in my opinion as they have a right to know wtf is going on instead of all the ppl that have got ndbs telling them2shut up about it as they have also tried to contact support to get an automated response saying s1 will get in touch and they never do,the sites say its BRMS fault and BRM say its the sites so do u just have to accept it,lol! Im moaning because its ppl i referred to this site where telling me the same,and thats why i tried myself to see and sure enough it happened to me,this was a good few people who where not getting ndbs or if they where receiving it,the poker site was shutting down their account so they couldnt use it which they done 2me with no excuse other than it was a management decision,lol.
Im sure you have seen all the other posts from people saying about their ndbs or gifts not getting but as a member of the site i wanted to name and shame the sites and as u have worked for mobile ph companies,etc then you will know that you have to tell the customer what she wants 2hear and if theres a problem with their broadband then you go through all the settings with ppl on their computers trying to rectify the problem when u know exactly what the problem is most the time,i know the way these companies work,3mobile to be the worst as my friend works with them and hes told me allsorts and its the same with poker sites,they dont like giving away money,theres always strict terms and conditions which is fine but try cutting out treating ppl so badly and they might find these ppl are actually willing to deposit money and not just interested in the ndb and then leave as im sure plenty do,anyway i have found a fantastic site to send ppl to and the1thing they dont do is poker ndbs,lol,so no worries there,gl at the tables

I took a break about a week ago but you have probably posted to this thread various times and on and on,im replying to jess and saying what happened and that we are not all daft and dont know how to activate a link through BRM to get an ndb as you seem to think,read some other posts and you will see the probs ppl have and you are the ppl i talk about that try and shut up others because you may get your cashouts and ndbs but theres others that dont so il say what i want and il reply to ppl that post to the thread,maybe the martinis seem like its alot of different threads,lol!
