Hello, I have a problem with playersonly. I request my bankroll two days ago and bankrollmob aproved it, but when I tried to connect some minutes ago it says that my account has been canceled. I've tak to the support o playersonly and they say that have been canceled but they aren't going to give me the reason... Is this legal? I have no other account in playersonly, so, what happen here?

well as long as they dont take any money from you i dont see reason to not call it legal. but to be honest it sounds really not serious if they close your account not giving you any reason...

I will try to help you, Im not like dozn and dule I had same problem with Full tilt and Party Poker. I have NDB on theirs site and when I wanted to withdraw they locked my account and asked me for ID and utility bill. I provide them what they asked and they wanted to picture myself next to ID when I did that they unblocked my account. From Party they called me and ask me bunch of questions but in fact they was fast. All verification process lasted 1 day. On FT my account was locked for more then 30 days!!! And they didnt even send me one mail for all that time and at end they didnt say sorry So that kind of things is normal when it comes to NDB and if you didnt broke any rules they will unblock ypure account for sure Good luck

real sad for your account to be blocked like this, many players had the same problem. might be a problem with their security system as it for being legal i dont think u can do anything as you didna deposit there
