Warning to players using 24hr poker accounts, I deposited 20 euros over xmas and was charged £19, just had a withdrawal for 40 euros paid back into my account expecting to see £38, (2 x £19), and only received £33! Also they charged me £1.50 for withdrawing via debit card! I f I wish to make another withdrawal this month, it will cost me 10 euros for the privilege! and also £1.50 for using debit card plus the crap exchange rate. How can sites getting away with this blatant rip off? Surely they must be making £££££££££££££££££££ from rake and tourni charges???????????????????? Not impressed one bit!

40 Euro is currently £34 so take away the charge and you £33 is correct. I see a few sites wanting to charge foe 2 withdraws in one month, little sad but it stops the hit and runners. use a e-wallet to avoid these charges, and blaim the banks not the site.

40 euro's is £34, but 20 euro's is £19 s it? Ok I like your reasoning, my point is they have different exchange rates for withdrawal's and deposits! Do you get a refund for depositing twice a month? Thought not, so why get charged for withdrawing twice? Your argument is pathetic, stops the hit and runners, wtf does that have to do with me withdrawing MY money?
assuming the rate hasn't changed you should have been charged just over £17 when you deposited but it's quite possible that your bank has charged you for sending money internationally. I don't think poker sites charge you when you deposit.

I suggest e-wallets (moneybookers!) And if site is taking fee for deposit and withdrawal that is really bad.... I seen that only on PKR and I didnt like it all.

oh my god bigfoot, you are retarded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes the exchange rate is what u said BUT, the exchange rate they use for deposits is a lot less value than the one they use for withdrawal meaning they are charging you more to deposit than they are giving you to withdraw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A 31 year old who can't read PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WHOLE POINT OF THE POST IS TO WARN PEOPLE OF THE LIKELY SCENARIOS THEY WILL ENCOUNTER! Q. Do you even use the site?????????????? If you don't like posts where people are warned of potential problems don't read them.

The exchange rate used by them is based on the fluxuating exchange market via http://www.xe.com/ data. They also charge a fixed rate of .75%. Your diffrence in fees is down to current/old exchange rates and not them choosing to charge more or less for deposit/withdraws. Your situation could have eaisly been the outher way around, as in they charged mor on the depost exchange and less in the withdraw exchange. You ar not getting charged to withdraw and depost but to exchange £ to euro. Exchange rates at the table is the same when buying in as to laving the table (fixed) Your outher fee is down to your bank. Im sure you still wont get it. Nothing to warn people about. A. NO, but I use the network and pay no fees, im just retarded like that.

Lol @ this terribly dumb OP......have you ever been abroad?? Ever bought any foreign currency?? Buy and sell rates are different....you could buy 100euro and have to pay 105 quid for it, then come home from your swanky soiree in Salamanca and shop in your 100 euros and will prob only get about 92-5 squids...
