i won a ticket in the 50K tourney at 888poker during the xmas promo, i have just come to find out that i was reg in a tourney after checking my games history , received no notification of being registered to the tourney, therefore i never had the chance to even play in it, I thought i would have atleast received an email letting me know i was registered to the tourney or some form of notification that the ticket had been sent to my account

you have been notified by the time they confirm you were a winner... no need to e-mail you...

you have been notified by the time they confirm you were a winner... no need to e-mail you...
well in my eyes it truely is a lack of information, but on the other hand i see your point that he was informed somehow.
same for me, but i found it in time - I couldnt play that tourney so i unregistered, but they didnt give me any ticket - I lost 80 dollars only by cicking UNREG button
But - You are being angry to wrong people - you should be angry to 888poker - that was their issue.

im still waiting for my ticket . mine is to a qualifer so i dont think they can register me to tourney cuz there are daily . but i have the same problem , checking every day if i can register ... it sucks

i agree with u not BRM do mistakes 888poker room sometimes do big mistakes and it will be all change just wrote them the letter and u ll play in turnament next weak i really know it the same was for me twice and i ll allways got the tickets to next weak poker tournament good luck all

Well, today their support responded me on my question and they register me to the 50k guaranteed for next week. I am quite satisfied with this result, because I already didnt expect nothing - because they let me wait for more than 10 days for answer
They also wrote me that this is an exception, and I have no right to unregister again. I understand it, they can have these rules, and if I know the rules, I am ok with that
I think that their system is not very good because they have no ticket system or Tdollars, and they have to register you manually everytime - but thet is their fight
And last thing - I think that situation mentioned in this topic is a bit different than mine was. I am afraid that they will not register you again because for them by their records you were playing the tourney - even as a sitout. I cought it in time and unregistered in time...

and even in new year,people again complain on BRM,like everything is their folt,but even they know that poker site or somebody else is guilty,but hope that in this year will learn something on this forum!

Jeah jeah it's always someone else ....sounds familiar in my ears . people have to look for themselves...they aren't childs anymore^^

that was a waste.... when will i get my 99 wekkday price brm
because for them by their records you were playing the tourney - even as a sitout. I cought it in time and unregistered in time...
