Guys you need to contact them, the service is very easy ands fast, contact the assistyence and explain your problem. In my opinion you have already received the bankroll, dont forget that in players only the bankroll comes not in money to play ring tables but in points to play the garanteed tournments (rebuy ones). If your not sure that you have already received the points, try tio make inscriction in the next garanteed money tournment, and youll be sure after.
I had the same problem in the first day, but after talk with them, the problem got resolved, in the first time itsd hard to understand, but then things get easier.

Well this is the messege i get when i goto my mob account main page and click on the "Approved" i did contact there support and they confirmed that i have not recieved anything so they said there gonna email there department that handles this case , and ive not recieved a reply yet with info , but im assuming bankrollmob did not transfer them the money for the 5000 vip points since my post says 50$ i forgot i knew it was 5000 vip points but as said from customer i didnt even reiceve any vip points

dnt think brm transfer them money for ur viip points. brm sends ur details to poker site and then playersonly will give you vip points. i think best thing would be to contact brm support
