Sarco,

Im sorry to hear about your whole downswing damn variance. I too have had a month of just getting beat.

I wouldnt deposit that whole month knowing it was horrible for me, but Id have a friend every once in a while send me $10 to just play around with ( her bankroll was over $15,000) so $10 was nothing. and I would lose this $10 in $1.10 sngs in prob 2 hours lose it all bubbling in almsot every sng. So I get another $10 go to cash lose it all in a cash game in shorter time i had beats just like yours AA vs KK , QQvs 99 , AK vs J10 , and exc. My friend had given me $80 and I just couldnt seem to win by now. So now she gives me $22 to play 2x $10 mtt and that didnt work, the money would last longer being a mtt but I wouldnt money. I lost in both tournies about 25 more places till money.

So I did exactly what you said you were gonna do Sarco "I quit"

I was just sick of it lost about $102 of my firends money. She didnt really care being she won back everything she gave me in a hour. She was able to deposit $2,000 and cashout $20,000 ( Her husband was shocked ).

But after that bad streak that last about a whole month I decided Id quit. So I took a 4month fast from poker. Untill I saw the WSOP ME in 2006, It just made me want to play so I deposited $50 onto Stars and started playing ended up that night up to $200.

So Sarco just take a long break from poker and then you'll know when to come back.

These things happend, 1k dollar isn't that much really, but it hurts when u loose it ofcourse.. the same things happends to me all the time, yesterday for example, i went -340 dollar or something, and the week before that about -900. all on bad beats and so. really sucks..

thats very bad, i know it too.. you think when you lose AA vs 4-5 or so .. i must go up! the luck must come back... but when you have a "s**t" downswing 4-5 weeks ago....

my thing is stop play! turn 1week or more off... read many article ... show some videos... speak with another player... you must find you skill back! and you must see many players have the same problem Smile ..

i wish you luck!

I have been on a little brake, because online poker was just pissing me off. What does the poker give for me? It gives me maybe some money. And what does it take away from me? It takes my life away, i am getting fatter and fatter, i dont want to do anything else, then play that stupid game and at the end my life if s**t if i play poker, so i have been thinking about quitting all that s**t.
