First of all it is very sad for me to write this post. As per January 3rd, BigBetPoker is no longer accepting any new customers and deposits. It is indeed the case that Big Bet Poker Management has taken the business decision of not accepting any more customers staring from January 3rd. This means that active players are able to withdrawal their funds until January 31st.
It comes as a surprise to many of you and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I rest assure you that we are paying and will pay our players. Your funds are safe and you can contact support to assist you with a payout using one of our available methods. However, keep in mind that the regular t&m do still apply such as sending documents etc. You need to have at least $30 in order to request a withdrawal.
Don’t want any of you feel betrayed or anything similar, because that’s not the case. The management team has taken this business decision after deliberation and that's as far as I can inform you guys....
I do still offer my assistance to anyone who wants to take a payout or have questions. My e-mail [email protected] is active until the 31st of January. Of course I will also login on BRM during this month as BigBetPoker representative.
I have enjoyed my journey at BigBetPoker and especially being member of this community. I would like to thank you all for making BigBetPoker the pokerroom of your choice. Also would like to thank you for accepting me in this community.
I think all of us feel sorry for that decision but, overall, we feel sorry for you. I don't mind what will happen with BBP ... I'm worried about your future and I hope you continue here with us not as "Melanie from BBP" but just only "Melanie". I hope you can explain us what is changing in your life (always positive things) and, if we can help you, i'm sure we'll try to.

Hey Melanie, thank you for the thread, and even if i never had an oportunity to play in the site, i was aware of what happened with the BigBetPoker.
I would like to know if your going to keep workling on the site and if the site have plans for the future. In case youll stop workingthere do you have plans for the future???

Thank you too for your compassion.. In my life.. what is changing is the fact that I won't be representing BigBetPoker on Forums and assisting affiliates. I have moved into this world and loved it. Thank you very much! Would indeed be gr8 to continue with this kind of support. I do really feel it is a new way to approach and be closer to your players. You in fact are able to do damage control in case of need and being there for accurate assistance when players are discussing on forums etc. Any opportunity for forum posting representative would be gr8.

just bad for this poker site and this poker site users and players becouse they must stop them but sharks eat smaller fish and poker sites didnt have to many money they must have 0 .0 balance and its mean that very close to minus (-) so they must stop working or just they will soon get bankrupt sad but i think the same problem it was for this site too

well its ugly,especially when they will close site,so should give players to withdraw 10 or more,not 30 $ or more!but this is police on almost every poker site,at least 30,40,50 $ to be able to withdraw!

Yes.. it's unfortunate. There's not much we are able to do. Also most of the available methods that we have, the minimum is set by them. But yet, I do understand you point
You have though till the 31st to build your bankroll.

Month is a long period of time... you can izi play till 30$ to be able to withdraw.... If people are not playing they shouldn't care of the loos either.
