Hi all,

I want to just give you a heads up that as of today the livechat option has been disabled.

If you are still in the process of taking out your funds or you are planning to do so, you can contact the support only per e-mail.

E-mail to [email protected]

My e-mail address is however still available if you would like to contact me too for assistance.

Good luck with future endeavours Melanie! I was always impressed by how active and responsive you were in this forum, it certainly gave BigBet poker a lot of credibility in my view, and interested me to give it a try until the news broke that it was closing down. If you end up at another poker site let us know where. Adios for now. Smile

where I work they solved this ancient problem, now they provide us with double-sided toilet paper: it works on both faces ....

Hi Dule-vu,

The chat is closing down for practical reasons. It is more effective to have everything going through e-mail, as with the livechat an agent can take 2 chats at a time, but with the e-mail, 10 can be handle at a time for example. We are trying to assist all customers in a timely manner and more effective as possible.

Hi DaCapo71,

Depending on the method it can take a bit longer than usual because of the high volume of request.

However, feel free to send me or support an e-mail to check on the status of your transaction.

Hi DaCapo,

Ok cool, no problem. If by next week it's still pending, e-mail support to double check with them if everything is ok. I do assume that you have sent your documents etc.

Take care,

Melanie

Hey Melanie,

I sent you an email last week regarding my impending withdrawal, with my identity confirmation forms attached. I also asked if my last bonus increment from the No-Deposit Bonus ($35) would be deducted from my bankroll, as that would (at this time) prevent me from making a withdrawal. I know that this is the policy for that promotion, but seeing as I am being forced to make my first withdrawal or forfeit my bankroll, I think that you should make an exception on my behalf. Obviously, I have been playing with real money for a year plus for free, so if I am not able to withdraw anything, it's not really a big deal. Tongue
As always, thanks for your support!

Hi Koldshadow,

I checked and double checked my inbox but have not received your e-mail. The support team informed me that you contacted them and informed you have sent documents to me... unforrtunately, I have not received these for some reason. I have e-mail from DaCapo though.
Or it must have been accidentally removed between spam e-mails.

Do you still need my assistance? There exist the possibility to make exceptions if that's the only thing preventing you of making the withdrawal. I will check back with support if you have been assisted already.

Cheers,

Melanie

Hi Melanie,

I received 50$ bonus (08/08/2010) and have accumulate enough bonus points for withdrawl (1000pts).
But I can not make a withdrawl and see "rollover fulfilled" =0 in withdrawl page. And where is no way to cash out. I have about 130$ in my account.
I send e-mail to support, but afraid I will not make cashout in time.

Can you help me to cashout money to moneybookers ?

My account ID in BBP LazyHunter1
