so melanie everything slowly will be dead soon?when you had to close live chat 15 days before closing,thats everything say in what problems big bet is!

beacuse big bet employees use lots of toilet paper and they could cover that cost,so they must close site!toliet paper is on price in this days!joking,happends and its bad for all people who love to play there!

Good luck with future endeavours Melanie! I was always impressed by how active and responsive you were in this forum, it certainly gave BigBet poker a lot of credibility in my view, and interested me to give it a try until the news broke that it was closing down. If you end up at another poker site let us know where. Adios for now.

where I work they solved this ancient problem, now they provide us with double-sided toilet paper: it works on both faces ....

yes,but you can always buy brown toilet paper,which wouldnt get so much dirty ,instead you buy white one!you must take care for all!

The chat is closing down for practical reasons. It is more effective to have everything going through e-mail, as with the livechat an agent can take 2 chats at a time, but with the e-mail, 10 can be handle at a time for example. We are trying to assist all customers in a timely manner and more effective as possible.

I sent you an email last week regarding my impending withdrawal, with my identity confirmation forms attached. I also asked if my last bonus increment from the No-Deposit Bonus ($35) would be deducted from my bankroll, as that would (at this time) prevent me from making a withdrawal. I know that this is the policy for that promotion, but seeing as I am being forced to make my first withdrawal or forfeit my bankroll, I think that you should make an exception on my behalf. Obviously, I have been playing with real money for a year plus for free, so if I am not able to withdraw anything, it's not really a big deal. As always, thanks for your support!
