Players Only Problem? @Admin  0   
I signed up for the NDB points Bonus yesterday and got my approval from BRM today.
(Nice work and fast)

BUT...
Whem I try to log in, it says my account is suspended and to mail them.
I searched through the forum, and saw that I´m not the only one this has happened to regarding this Promo.

Before I mail them (and probably get the same mail back saying they can give me no reason and that they will not discuss it further), which is ridiculous by the way, and an unacceptable answer IMO.
I would like to know from BRM what´s going on?

I´m signed up to lots of Poker rooms and have NEVER been refused or blocked.
My country is also eligible.
Never had a problem with the bonuses on BRM either.

So it´s clear to me that something is not right with this whole promo deal and that Players Only has some issues about it somehow.


So my question is:
What´s going on, and how do I get this resolved?

Are u sure you requested the bonus on Players Only and you didn't do in Big Bet Poker? Please double-check it! Just joking Big Smile, I'm sure Tony will help you Worship

I played the Noble game on monday just to say hi, but we didn´t end up on the same table.
It was a LOT less "donkish" than before, so I´ll be playing in the coming weeks again.

Yep, all plenty of donks .... I was badbeaten having kings. This things always happens ... I had the chance to talk with jovicakralj because we met at the same table, but i was very low and had to push with 66. Of course, i was kicked out. Maybe next one! I'll try it again.

I asked Players Only and basically there's nothing we, or they, can do about it. When their security team flags an account for possible fraud, you should still be able to get it re-opened by sending in the documents they request. That's what I was told.

Many people (including me) had the same problem,and there were many threads about this already.
They suspend your account and all they tell you is "the decision was made on manager level" or something like that,and that the decision is final.
And no admin,there is no chance to get it reopened.
They don't even tell you the reason why they closed the account,and they don't request documents either,your account just remains suspended no matter what you do.

I´ll send them my ID documents right from the start and hope for the best.

IslandJack, I received an e-mail from Players Only today telling me that your account has been re-opened after you sent in the documents.

So it seems in some cases it's enough just to send documents.

Of course in other cases accounts might be closed for good due to fraud detection/prevention.

I logged in and saw that everything was OK now.
I just sent them my ID and a recent bill. Semed to do the trick.

Strange though that they didn´t send me any mail at all. Not even an acknowledgement.
Anyway. Problem solved.
