Well Negreneau womn more money than Ivey and more Bracelets. I think Ivey has won just one wsop bracelet and never won the main event, in other way Negreneau has collected many trophees in the biggest poker event.
Talking about cash tables, Ivey is a lyon, he eats everybody alive, making negreneau looking like an amateur.
No doubt they are both in the top of the best, one at tournments and the other at cash tables.

oh, to be honest, it would be really, really enough to win only part from that much money imo............
