NOT SO NOBLE AT NOBLE  0
joined noble through bankroll mob, totally enjoy the freerolls, but recently been depositing quite a bit in the casino (over £500 in three weeks through my debit card) then when i try to withdraw £200 all sorts of strange requests came through, have sent a digital copy of driving liscence, copy of both sides of credit card and a recent bank statement signed where i deposited with them, now they say that a statement of my deposits with them that they have sent must be printed off signed & returned (no larger than 600kbs) even though i explained i dont have a printer. IS IT ME ?, have anyone else experienced this problem, i have written a letter of complaint to them but what else can i do ? its my first withdrawl with them and i find the whole experience daunting because i didnt have problems with VCpoker, skypoker or partypoker when withdrawing back onto the card i deposited with
WHAT WOULD YOU SUGEST ? Aww crap!

Well sending a copy of ID and a copy of a bank statement or credit card is quite typical for lots of poker sites but it sounds as though noble is being extra cautious with you. Maybe it's cos you won the money in the casino section or maybe the withdrawal is quite high. I have never deposited or withdrawn at noble poker so I can only guess.

I THINK THEY ARE BEING VERY CAUTIOUS, i have played poker games as well and aqquired well over 700 points, the casino i play is slot bandits and £200 doesnt seem very high as i can spend that in a week in deposits. Sleepy

You should deposit via e-wallet. Print screen do the job then...

i thought credit / debit card was easiest way. how does e-wallet work and are the withdrawls just as complicated?

   0
E wallets are better. When you withdraw on e-wallet you just enter youre e-mail on site and money is on the way. Good thing is that they cant ask you for copy of credit card or bank statement because you dont have that! I use moneybookers and never had problem...

Most of the sites ask to ID pic when you make an account. Its strange if you made your account via BRM and tyhey never asked for your ID before. They let you make some deposits in the site and just when you want to withdrawl is when things gets complicated. Doesnt make sense, or they want to retain your funds in the site for you to keep playing and using that money.

I always use internet Multibank via my bank webpage to deposit and never had problems. Never had problems to deposit and never had problems to withdrawl, but its also true that i deposited much more times than i cahsed out.

I have found that most sites if they have the option trust bank transfers more readily , cards of any sort usually mean some form of verification is required , however once you have got through the red tape of that first verification process it is plain sailing after that,,, usually!

also why you playing the casino, thought you knew better?

something stupid i think they requirements all the days nbecome more higher but why ?
peoples jsut stop playing at this sites and go to star tillt or party becouse they witdrawal requirements was really in low position
good luck all

ARE YOU SERIOUSLY TRYING TO WIND ME UP,
You talk about trust in your email, i deposit well over £500 with your room, i
make a simple request to withdraw £200 and you treat me like a second class
citizen, i borrow a digital camera from my brother to take the photo's you request, i use my
sisters computer to upload the information i even go to the bank to get an up to date
statement because i dont have use of a printer
and you tell me its unaceptable.
You have tracking cookies in my computor, you have a copy of my diving liscence, a full copy of my debit card and a signed copy of yesterdays bank statement, i find it utterly amazing that you wish to treat a customer in this manner. Had i deposited a tenner and wanted to withdraw hundreds i could understand, instead you accept all deposits no questions asked, but the minute a deposit request is made, it appears you try every tatic to try to avoid payment .There is bound to be someone in your organisation who understands what good buisness relations mean. please forward this letter of complaint onto them before this escalates further.

Hi
Yes,some poker sites request alot of Identification:

drivers licence
credit card(one used to deposit)
utility bill
bank statement
some even ask for yssour passport # or else you cant receive your BONUS,whatif you dont have a passport??
I think its a little too much, and its a hassle,I think the drivers licence and credit card should be sufficient.
I guess its for Id. verification to make sure itsactually YOU.
anyways good luck!

crusher007 Aww crap! Confused Angry Sleepy Disagree Sad Blink

I had only problem with interwetten when they ask me that I need to give my bank statement (wtf)?!first they needed document with picture,I uploaded, then they wanted bank s. with my iban and swift code!why the hell I give them that,if I want to withdraw in future,I would put,but not to give them on paper!idiots, nobody asked me for that, even major bookmakers!poker stars never asked me to upload something!

Expecting you to be able to print a document is really quite reasonable. If you do not have a printer at home - surely you can figure out a way to get access to a printer somewhere - I should think they're a pretty common occurence.

In saying that, their requests for documents are certainly fairly cautious, some sites require a lot less proof of identity.. some sites will actually ask for more.

Just comply and be polite in your emails and you'll get your money. Don't argue with their demands, this is pointless.

Be polite??? Maybe he should lick them a*****e to get HIS money Shock My friend he doesnt need them, he can make deposit and play on any of 100s sites! They need him as a customer because he doesnt take money from them they take money from him!

well both of you are right in some way!first you cant fight with them, beacuse they say that this are rules and you have to act by them, but in other way you deposit lot of money, nobody ask you for any ID or document and then when you want to take money from them, you need to do 100 things to be able to withdraw!I dont say that all are same, but some of them are idiots!
