Expecting you to be able to print a document is really quite reasonable. If you do not have a printer at home - surely you can figure out a way to get access to a printer somewhere - I should think they're a pretty common occurence.

In saying that, their requests for documents are certainly fairly cautious, some sites require a lot less proof of identity.. some sites will actually ask for more.

Just comply and be polite in your emails and you'll get your money. Don't argue with their demands, this is pointless.

Be polite??? Maybe he should lick them a*****e to get HIS money Shock My friend he doesnt need them, he can make deposit and play on any of 100s sites! They need him as a customer because he doesnt take money from them they take money from him!

Obviously if he wishes to take his business elsewhere, he can tell them where to stick their policies. However, for 200 pounds/euro I'd be polite for the sake of getting my money. At any rate, the process he is being asked to follow isn't even unusual for a poker/gambling web site.

sure - he can take his business to 100s of other sites, but in all likelyhood, he is going to be asked to provide the same, if not similar, documents to withdraw.

Everybody who's been playing online poker for any amount of time would know that ALL sites let you deposit to your hearts content WITHOUT verification and ALL sites will pull you up on your first withdrawal and ask you to provide a range of documents.

It's annoying, frustrating, a little rude, a bit hypocritical in some respects, but ultimately standard.

And the reason I say "be polite' is because I've worked in customer service for the majority of my adult life. And you deal with a LOT of rude pricks. In the end, it breaks down like this: -

Whilst the CS person you deal with may technically "represent the company" in reality, they are the bottom of the bottom, working for a crappy wage and really have no personal/vested interest in the company they represent. Ultimately threatening/insulting this person is NOT the same as doing so to management. You will only serve to annoy/anger the person who's job it is to help you. Believe me when I say, this is a DUMB way to proceed.

I had the same problem at first with Noble support since I found a girl, Wendy, who helped me a lot. After sending the right documentation, the withdrawal was done without any problem.

yes very frustrating! however persevere and give them what they want and get your money then write a polite email saying how you feel, however I must agree with noble when they say it is not a deliberate ploy to stall giving you your money, the problem is that so much fraudulent activity surrounds credit, debit card activity and gambleing , especially from eastern europe and beyond , the law in some countries has rightly clamped down on the poker sites in order to tighten up there practices thus detering fraudulent activity , once you get past this process I am sure you will have no problem in the future withdrawing from the site, good luck anyway

E wallets are better. When you withdraw on e-wallet you just enter youre e-mail on site and money is on the way. Good thing is that they cant ask you for copy of credit card or bank statement because you dont have that! I use moneybookers and never had problem...

Idem here.
I just sent them my ID and also a screen print of my Moneybookers account and had no problem withdrawing. Poker account, but I assume it´s the same for both.

E-wallets are the easiest. No hassle, no costs. And MB is fast. Blink

Good post midnight.

And good to here from IslandJack - that Nobel obviously payout once you do their requests.

This may seem a little harsh - but IMHO - OP has been asked to print something, doesn't have a printer at home - and has had a big cry and spat the dummy. All because he doesn't have a printer.

I had withdrawal experience with NOBLE right now! I won some money on BRM freeroll (7,5$) So I played a bit and earn 50$. I decided to withdraw that so I deposited 10$ and ask for withdraw. I expected problems (at least ID and bill req) but surprise!!! They didnt ask me for anything!!! They sent me money on MB without any request!! Im from Serbia and Im not used to that easygoing withdraw Big Smile So thanks to BRM and NOBLE Blink (Its not big money but it is always nice to get some money without deposit Blink)

well as I said earlier with the reputable sites specially Ipoker ( noble is Ipoker if I recall ) withdrawals are no problem when the verification process is complete , with smaller casino sites you are just asking for trouble if they have low or no traffic and you dont take the time to check them out! it always bothers me when some posts go on and on about problems taking money out of certain sites, sur problems happen and I have had 1 or 2 but always got my money , what annoys me is when some players ( usually newbees ) complain about having to verify there ID , when online poker first began fraud was rife and still is a big problem, gambleing in any form always attracts organised crime and petty criminals, this and laws made by countries is why things have became more strict, its not because the big sites or even most sites are so trying to stall giving you your money, its because they are trying to get rid of the thieves low life and other undesiribles who infest the gambleing (poker ) world.
