Is the offer still running? I wouldn't mind a free chipset...but as flipped said...has anybody actually received one yet Flipped, i know there was a thread about people moaning that WSOP customer service were saying it was BRMs responsibility, BRM saying it was WSOPs. Cant find thread nor remember the outcome....so yeah...this post was really informative. Ehem.

i am still waiting myself for the chipset, i contacted wsop and they said to me that it is there responsiability to send out the chipset. wsop said they will contact me via email when the chipset will be dispatched, this was over 3 weeks ago and i have still not heard from them.

I'm still waiting for them to wok through my deposit. I wasn't going to deposit after hearing only bad things about the site and I didn't win any money in the freeroll but I thought why the hell not since I'm not working on any other bonuses right now. But I deposited two days ago and they asked me to send copies of ID and bank statement, which I did but they still haven't transferred money to my account. If my deposit ever does go through and I earn 10 points I'll let you know if my chip set is dispatched.
no chipset for me either, plus why was the $1000 freeroll cancelled on the 18th dec and to be held in jan?? hardly coz there was only 30 something players that had signed up at that stage, complete rip-off, i wont hold my breathe waiting for the chipset

yea they told me after i got the points needed i would get a mail after 2 weeks but like you that was ages ago maybe a month or more now cant remember tbh but i think it was when this offer came here i signed up pretty quick maybe fat tony knows but just wondered if anyone had got the mail yet. Maybe fat tony if your lurking can help us out here if you know anything

dissapointing to see so many complaints about this site , specially the problem with the deposit , I was never interested in the chipset offer I won one a few years back and at the time I thought it was a good result , but you can pick them up cheaply nowadays so why bother? if my friends and I play a cash game we use cash not chips, sure if you play tourneys or stgs then the set is of use but as a gift for opening an account not much incentive , for me anyway

nope,, not brms problem the site made the offer brm just promoted it
------------ I am sure this was discussed in another thread , but anyway I won a chipset from vc poker about two years ago and that took 6-8 weeks to come , brm is not responsible for the wait its the site, I would reckon that if or when you get the set it might be at least a 2 month wait depending on the country delivered to and the country despatched from, I sent a christmas card and that took a month to get to its destination so draw your own conclusions

i got no chipset either and have just made 1st cashout. it arrived in my bank in 2 payments on different days . 1st came same amount as deposit then 2days later came rest...........at least i got it but it certainly is a strange site.

WSOP have told me they are responsible for the chip set and that it will arrive soon in the post !!!!! Will let you know if it ever turns up , I dont expect it will but if it does it will be a nice suprise

My deposit went through after and I got 10 points quite easily but no news of any chip set yet. Not even sure I ever will since there was no mention of it when support helped me with my deposit. I did get an extra 35$ instant bonus though in addition to my 100% bonus and in all honesty I'm not that bothered about the chip set as I already have one.

I have had an email today about the chip set, and they have said to me that it was shiped out on the 3rd of jan, but could take up to 60 days to arrive. so at least it will get here in the end

i emailed WSOP about a week ago asking if i will recieve my chipset. they replied today, saying it was shipped on the 22nd of january and will arrive within 60 working days.
i think you have to email them and ask if you will recieve it...to get it lol .....because they only shipped mine 4 days ago, and i signed up to there site 3 weeks ago. and soon as i email, they ship it. ( well, they say they have shipped it, only time will tell )
