The day 24th of December of 2010 I made a withdraw request at PayNoRake and still no money. After many days of delay, I talked to support and I was told: "We do apologize for the delay, we will send an urgent request to operations".
Many days later, I talked again to support and I was told the same: "We do apologize for the delay, we will send an urgent request to operations".
After waiting some more days, I sent an e-mail myself to "[email protected]" The day Friday 8th of January, they replied me: "Your payment will be processed as soon as possible within the next 48 to 72 business hours."
I waited more than one week, and they lied to me, because the transaction is still pending. I've been waiting 25 DAYS so far, instead of the 48h-72h (excluding weekends) time expected.
If anybody has the same problem, I think we all should send a complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Maybe they do something about this: http://www.gamingcommission.ca/feedback.asp

Hi, I had a problem when you wanted to make money too. In the end I paid, because the income did Neteller, and sent an e-mail to Neteller and they, I ayudabn. yes i agree thats bull that they do that to you,there are many poker sites out there that do that when you want to make a withdrawl from your account,they want you to forward them picture .I.D and all kinds of delays because they just hate to give you pay outs
heard of this site but never played on it, after hearing what you say I definately wont , I recieved an invite from a friend of mine but wont entertain it,, maybe an email to this gaminig commision you mentioned might do some good, but in my limited knowledge the commision you mentioned is nothing more than a front and a money making machine ,, maybe some of the forum will provide more information,, was this your first withdrawal? sometimes the first one can take some time to go through the verification process,
withdraw all your roll,, deposit on another site and then send them an email telling them why you have stopped playing with them , thats the best way to tell them how you feel,

bigger poker sites withdrawl takes some 2-5 days smaller loves kill us with 1 month waitng so play better bigger sites and no have any probblems good luck all and be happy

After those 26 days waiting, now I have a pending withdraw since 8th of february, so 14 days waiting so far, instead of the 48h-72h excluding weekends.
Time for another complaint to the Kahnawake Gamming Commision. If anybody has the same problem, please send a complaint too.

hmm can you guys post WHAT site do that kind of dalay. So far I do withraw on Party poker and Fulltilt and so far party poker need 8 hours and Fulltilt got 2 days

yes they didnt want to give u your wining money and always withdrawals become like playing with the fire then u every day must inform them i still no got my money and they every day said the same your reguest was on proceeding plz wait so better play bigger poker sites and maybe win not so many but u ll allways in few days will have this money in your poket then play small poker sites and wait 1-3 months till money comes but sometimes money didnt come betetr luck in future and good luck hope your money soon be in your hands

I sent a complain to the Kanhawake Gamming Commision. After that, I received a reply email from them, an email from a PayNoRake Supervisor, and an email from the operations department promising that in less than 24h I will have my money.
After 17 days waiting, and within those 24h they promised, I received the money.

They had nice bonus, many fishes and the delays were "only" 1-2 weeks. Now things have changed. I'm just waiting for my money to run away from that site.
