Wrote this yesterday on other thread, but now i want my new thread where we could talk about bad sides of this pokerroom. I picked up bonus( no deposit), then earned 189$. Then deposit my 50 dollars. So i had on account 239 dollars. Then i made a withdraw of 189( had to leave 50 bucks bonus on account). And my withdraw was declined. I deposit via moneybookers, and also tried to withdraw through it. And today my account was locked(it says: '' can't log in send e-mail to suport..bla,bla''. Really don't know where is the problem, my personal info are all corect. I think they get me over, will i be able to withdraw at least 50 bucks i've deposited.
Today: Today i got an emial from fulltilt. And they said that my account has been closed because i won 20 dollars from someone who lives in the samo town that i live(Zagreb-capital of Croatia- 1 mil poeple ) and they suspect that it was a deal between me and him( First i win his money, and them i give it to him personaly, like we are friends, NONSENCE). I can't believe it. I won 189 dollars, that's a huge money, for a student like me. I am disapointed. I asked them if only they could give me back my 50 dollars, i've deposited. Now waiting for an answer.
Wow what a crock of sh*t if I were you I would be pissed im sure alot of people from your city play online poker I find it odd that full tilt would accuse some one of this over 20$

That's the point... we are talking about a big city, and many others big cities imagine if everytime this kinda thing happens FTP "closes" the account...
It's like a bank dude. they are with your money somewhere and earning money with your money that you can't cashout that's so

Tell me please that i wasnt the one from which you took the money, i went on tilt and lost 20-30 bucks in not so many hands. BTW i received apology from FT support, refund and 600 medals for disconnections that occured last week. Im sorry to hear they are suspecting you are colluding, but you must give them some credit that those things do happen. And yes Zagreb has 1M people and i dont know anybody that plays at FT, most of them are at Poker Stars others on Titan poker or Mansion. Funny thing is that i dont play anymore at any of those poker rooms.

I love the software and the tournaments on Full Tilt. But they are a total pain to withdraw your money from. I really havent heard of them not paying but you do have to go through days of verification to get it. I feel bad for you, your situation you didnt do anything wrong. If they are going to be like that, then they shouldnt have let two people from the same city in a game together. I never would have told them to just give you $50. I would want it all!

i would definatly light up fulltilts email and go nuts lol i would talk legal s**t and scare them into giving me that money there is no way they can hold it like that thats impossible... dont let this go man! lol fight for it

Dj, my friend, DO NOT ONLY ASK FOR YOUR $50! ASK FOR THE FULL AMOUNT! If you only ask for the fifty, it seems like you are admiting the guilt. Don´t let them take your hard earned money away. Please do keep us updated. Best of luck.

wow they did mean buisness there so is that it now your no longer welcome on there site at all ever thats well harsh if you never done nothing if you did well you did deserve it but i believe you never just unlucky i suppose

Man that is some serious answer from them, im guessing that they should have some sort of evidence to support this strong decision. They banned you from the site and that i think is done only when they really suspect something. I dont know what you did, but if you did do some stupid thing like using double accounts you should know that the registry is not only thing they track. Maybe during sign up but they check other stuff too. I could be more precise but dont want to give people ideas that are not good in the begining. Why i say this? They cannot prove that easily that you did what you did and something does bothers them. One thing is left unanswered did you get your deposit back?

Iagree with fodz don't let them get 2 you. Im sure a big site like FTP doesn't want to cheat you out of your winnnings it's probably just a misunderstanding that will be cleared after some email and perhaps a investigation. You will get your money don't worry.
PS. Look at the bright side FTP has high security level

No, sorry but reason im not playing at previously mentioned sites is that i learned that it is not such a good idea of knowing players at table because of those things. And im not on forum.hr, maybe someone took that name, you know what it means so it is quite common, for those who dont know croatian it means too good (Too=Pre, Good=dobar), and if i did i would give you refferal link so i could earn points. Admin knows how many refferals ive had so ill let you know too, "0". I want to play anonymously, beacuse when someone is on downswing it can take you down too, and vice versa i dont want to borrow money or to lend it. Friends i play with in live games, play at those poker sites and why destroy something that is working with money issue. Sorry, specially because youre from Zagreb but no, BRM contact only. BTW it is forbidden to share emails in forums if you havent read the rules. And i dont know how could i be of any assistance at all. I havent had any problems like this before havent been banned from single poker room. And if you read my posts i dont like players colluding or cheating same as i dont like to be cheated by poker rooms or casinos. As i said they must have some kind of evidence because they wouldnt banned you that promptly. This is, with my modest knowledge of such occurancies, first time ive heard that they banned someone without even trying to solve things out. They usually ask for ID bla, bla. search through records to investigate entire play youve made etc. This is, to be honest, looking like you did something and i dont want to have nothing with such agendas. Sorry man.
You can do only one thing if you really didnt do anything go to Kahnawake Gaming Comission site and report it. FTP has obligation to payout players, read .pdf provided by Kahnawake. Before you make any complaints copy/paste your entire Hand history and back it up.
PS. In what lousy school were you at when you didnt learn english that good to communicate with other people, i dont have brilliant or exemplary knowledge of english but still i do understand people and they understand me(most of the time).

I' m good at math and other stuff(ok, went to MIOC if you know which school is that), not language. And i just wanted somebody help because i wanted to write them a formal letter using professional words(legal stuff and other things) to prevent them of trying to get rid of me, like they do, cause they know i am a student. If you didn't have a suggestion letter then you shouldn't write anything.
All of you sorry for this arrogance but i'm pissed of. FT is one of the best poker sites( well known) and then i have this kind of problem with them. I'm just a regular student trying to earn some money for my living, and i don't get it why are they bothering me, i'm innocent . If anyone has some kind of idea what should i do, please write it down here.

I put that translation only to show people which dont understand croatian language what it means, and that name or variations of it are among most common in poker rooms. Thats why. If you went into MIOC ( Mathematics-Informatics Educational Center/School) people would rightfuly assume you know something about informatics and wouldnt ask me about things which you would have to know to exists in online communications. Not to mention that team from your school were world champions in Cincinnati 2006 international high school championship in informatics and they regularly finish 2nd or 3rd. I went to site of MIOC to get exact translation to english, and some Trojan poped up. BTW i went to nearby school, it is a poor education school for Salesmans. While you have 2 classes of informatics a week we had 1 class per 2 weeks period only one year, and i didnt have to come to classes at all. Math we did have whole 3 years of education but you should see what we were doing, sometimes we (pupils) wondered if teachers really know more than us.
